I’ve brought my mother to the lab often. 9 times out of ten, the iPad doesn’t work to sign in. Because of this, I typically ask the front desk associate how they’d like me to sign her in. Today I asked, and the person at the front desk snapped at me like I was supposed to know the iPad was working. No eye contact, not friendly at all, and the tone in her voice was rude. Not only did she make me feel incompetent, she made me feel like I was a burden for asking her to simply check us in. Later, (because the wait was quite long—no big deal) I overheard her snap at an older gentleman who didn’t understand her the first time she asked a question. Overall, the experience has been good at this location. The phlebotomists are fantastic, but that front desk associate needs training, education, or to find a new position that does not require personal interaction. I would say maybe it was just a bad day, but she’s been like this before. Phlebotomy team—10/10. Front staff—0/10.

First, get signed in at the kiosk by the front desk. As soon as I hit enter, it wasn't 3 minutes later I was called back to do a blood draw. Best time I found was a Friday right after the lunch hour.

I was a little nervous bc it was a trainee, but she did an excellent job. I've been stuck 6-8x in both arms and hand at the doctor's office, trying to get me to bleed or find a vein that doesnt roll. She worked it and it didn't hurt or bruise. Service was prompt and I got results the same day.

My experience with Linda at CompuNet was excellent. She is soft-spoken, very calming, and professional. She drew my blood on the first draw. We talked & I was comfortable the whole time which went very quickly.

Everything runs smoothly. Love the check-in which let's one know how many ahead of you. I don't remember my technicians name (sorry) but she was absolutely outstanding! Friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful nurse a lot of paperwork needed to be gone through she took her time helping me out! Taking my blood went very smoothly as she was very good at what she does. We need more friendly kind people who work in this field she was great!

It went very well, I have an embarrassing past I must disclose when I have blood work done and I felt 0 judgement and she was very nice❤️

Made the appointment online. There was no wait time when I arrived. Bloodowork done at 9:OO AM, had results 6:30 PM by email. Staff was very pleasant, professional and I don't even have bruising!

A bit slow if you get there at the wrong time, but staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Linda B. took my blood samples this morning. She followed procedures to the t and was able to draw on first stick, which I appreciate. The wait time was less than a few minutes and the office location was very convenient. Great service all the way around.
