This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've had in my 70 years! This is a terrible place and should be closed. The room was dirty, cigarette burn marks on furniture and bedspreads, missing toilet lid, missing electrical outlet cover, missing light bulbs, etc, etc. Not only is it a terrible facility, but they scammed me over $400 for 1 night. Yes, they claim it was a 3rd party booking agent. But I have no doubt that they are in on it. The guy that checked me out in the morning sounded exactly like the man I spoke to when I called and booked the room the night before. Stay away!

Extremely unsanitary, carpet was vomited on and other bodily fluids as well. The manager was reactive and not proactive. He yelled at me over the phone when I discussed getting a refund for the unacceptable room we were given. Department of Health needs to get involved in investigating ASAP because this was not okay. I feel sorry for the people working at the front desk because it’s not their fault. MANAGEMENT needs to be replaced ASAP

Rooms were not clean and the floors were sticky in my room. They advertised breakfast online and in person but did not provide breakfast. Rang the desk in the morning and no one seemed to be working during that time.

Standard hotel, and good quality for the area . Rooms were clean and service was very accommodating

I'm very angry, really terrible hotel. It wasn't clean, they do not follow coronavirus protocol and I'm so afraid that I'll get sick. There is no breakfast as stated, the rooms are just hideous. They put us in a room that had not been cleaned, apologized and put us in another room with Same issues. When I went back to get my luggage, some little old man was pulling up the covers and fluffing the pillows and never changed the sheets or anything. If these are the types of hotels you recommend, I won't be using the third party booking company again. I want my money back. I'm calling the Board of Health on this nasty place.

Great location clean rooms hands-down service was great biscuits and gravy every morning. If they just fix the damn back door so I don’t have to walk all the way around to get in at night.

Great accommodations for the price and the location is great! It’s safe and literally right by the mall. A true hidden gem for clean, comfortable rooms that don’t break the bank. Ownership is very nice and you can tell they take pride in the hotel.

They're getting it updated little by little. Last time we were here was 2021, and they were going through it construction wise. They serve breakfast now, COFFEE!! Need some work making sure housekeeping is meeting room requirements (missing sheet on bed, back of remote was missing, need to have someone clean AC filters, didn't have any bath towels just floor mat towels). But overall service was nice, location is always perfect since our venue is at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, and price is spot on for a ballin on a budget family.

Room wasn't bad for the price! I thought bed was really comfy. My hubby thought it was hard. AC worked great! TV worked great! Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a fridge and microwave as they were not listed as being in the room! Floor seemed a little sticky cuz our shoes were sticking as we walked. Could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms. Could use an update for sure! I was also surprised to smell breakfast as I thought they only had continental. Looked like they had biscuits and gravy and other stuff. Didn't get to check it out because we were checking out when I realized they had hot food. I will stay here again because we like to go to concerts at the coliseum and it's perfect location! So I will try the food next time! And the guy at the front desk was really nice!

Well the rooms don't all have everything that is supposed to be provided such as microwaves and refrigerators!! After Climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, we enter and find that the room is unclean trashed! So we make our trip back downstairs to let the front desk lady she informed us that she would change our room...When we made the trip back up the 3 flights of steps we enter our room to find it not in the best shape! After a quick look around we are that there is no refrigerator or microwave so we make the trip back downstairs to talk with the front desk to resolve the issue with the microwave and refrigerator. The front desk lady tells us after telling her there were the needed appliances in the dirty room we entered first! She then tells us that we we can move the appliances to the room we have now ourselves...After going up and getting the appliances we notice a smell and open the fridge and there was old molded food in the fridge and it smelled like death...The hotel was way to high priced for what they offer ..The room should have been $30 compared to the $80 plus dollars that was spent! Do not go to this hotel if you expect to have any kind of relaxing night!!!

I wasn't expecting a great hotel with a lot of amenities. For the price I paid, I was expecting a budget hotel. And it didn't even live up to those standards. I should have listened to the reviewers before me. The room was dirty. It didn't seem too bad when I walked in, but the more I looked around, the more disgusting it looked. The floors were dirty in the room and in the hallways. There were bits of food laying around the room. There was dust all over, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. I can get past the scuffed up furniture and bare necessities for toiletries, but the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable.

This is now the best not too trashy hotel. It is clean and nice!!

Very cheap. Clean. Your basic economy hotel. Very thin walls. You can hear everything happening in the hotel.

Room was nice, service was excellent! I forgot a tablet with sentimental photos at the hotel and the employees were very accommodating to help ship it to me on the west coast. I very much appreciate their kindness and consideration!

Did not have a overall good impression when walking up to the hotel curb appeal is everything. Air conditioner didn't work the window is cracked and taped over toilet seat lid was missing bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Overall area was a bit dodgy. I would not recommend staying in this place for even one night. your better off sleeping in your car save your money stay at a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn pay the extra money you'll be glad you did.

I will never go back here was paying $478 a week there bedding was dirty staff was rude very moldy even had mold on the shower curtain AC didn’t work at all

Just visiting but seems nice, There's a It's a lot of remodeling going on in the building and so there's debris and things lying in the hallways and on the stairs but other than that seems pretty comfortable

The check in was smooth. The clerk in duty was helpful. We were there 1 night and it seemed quiet. The room was a little dirty but kind of expected that for the price.

Great prices and I had an unexpected change in my plans and they were able to accommodate me with no issues.
