Not pleased with the attitudes or real concern of my visit, I'm not going into my reasons, just flat out irritated and would rather have a Dr. Dolittle that does a lot! Reason of this review is: The really foul cursing of the nurses on 8/14/22 which Dr. Grimes, was allowing (laughing) with children about, just plain outrageous! "This is Mercy health?" Anyone knows if you ask for them to not do such, they will get angry with patients and have security called saying the patient is being threatening so I kept to myself and let it go for the moment. No reason to fill out a report when the matter wouldn't been taken into consideration... Without further adieu, I wish everyone the best that has to be there when this or anything irresponsible happens in the future care of this facility...

I went in two twice and seen Dr Davis and dr. Divtrov. Most of these doctors and nurses need to turn in their “degrees” and go dig ditches. They have no business being in healthcare service. I was in so much tooth pain from a dry socket, crying. Doctors and nurses there are inconsiderate, do not have empathy and do not understand there patients pain. I feel for everyone that has been in real pain and has been turned away and not understood. 10 out would not recommend. However there are compassionate and understanding doctors and nurses out there and I’m so thankful for that. Bless their souls.

If I could give 0 I would. There is a nurse named Brittany who works here and she is so rude. Thinks she's a doctor and she's NOT. Totally talks out of her scope of practice. Gots an attitude so bad I walked out. I called to file a complaint and no one ever called me back. Last time I was there I didnt even get to finish my question before being told the answer. All of the nurses are rude. Never go here if you can help it. Everyone in willard calls it the band aide station.

Barely treat you for anything and bill is off the charts oh and any other hospital I go to doesn’t add the bills to your credit just because you can’t pay them right away but guess who does Mercy Health I have over seven different collections of Mercy Health on my credit ridiculous!

I was referred to Willard Hospital to the cardiologist. I liked him but just another cookie cutter doctor, wasted my money here. The registration at the front had a terrible person to do the intake she was complaining about the doctor wanting the testing done. I really did not want to sit there and listen to her badgering the staff. I wish doctors would rely more on their training and not so much on how much money they can get out of a patient. Medical in general has went downhill.

Had to take my daughter here about 2 months ago they said she had every thing but the common cold we took her to her doctor and he said she had the common cold but then I took my wife here for shoulder and neck pain and they helped here different doctors so that's why they get the 2 stars because you don't know what doctor your going to get one that wants to help or one that's just there well had to go back for my daughter got another cold and Dr Demitrov took great care of her and got her feeling better

Wife was in on Thursday in ER. Had a new rn putting splint on and he was asking er doctor if he was doing it right. Doctor didn't even look at it and said yes. Back here today because it was wrapped wrong and fingers were turning purple. Now having to wait and waste more time because they can't do there job right.

This place was very terrible to my mother. I think 5ge doctors here could be more compassionate as well as the entire facility.

i went there for a covid test that came back positive an yet they wont give me any papers indicating that i am positive for my work place. no call, no email just nothing no response so if anyone wants a covid test DONT go there choose somewhere else.

Very nice nurses who always check up on you while waiting. Doctors get down to the exact problem and don’t send you on your way like most doctors. Faster than any other hospital around here. Loved it!

Mercy Hospital is amazing, Dr. Davis is always wonderful, and our nurse today was Myra,and she was so kind and sweet to my mother. Mercy Hospital has the best staff .❤️

She was very polite and prompt. She explained condition and treatment options and possible side effects. Would be very happy to recommend her and the office to anyone in need. I'll be happy to go back, even if that means my condition persists.
