1 extra star only because they were nice. Horrible unload time. Had 7am appt. Arrived on time and was told to go to door 41. 41 was taken, so told to put it in door 40. 2 hours later, I was told to move to door 30, still nothing unloaded. Another hour later they start unloading. It is now 1pm (here 6 hrs so far). Finished unloading but have been waiting for paperwork for a couple hours. Still waiting for paperwork. Lost my next load.

More than 4 hours in dock, nobody starts unloading us, everybody lies about the time. The refer is working like crazy with the open doors, after 4 hours at the sun and heat he starts defrosting and we told everybody on the location and nobody cares. The frozen food is just melting up. I am sorry for the people who gonna eat that because it’s gonna be defrosted and frozen again uhhhhh. So this place is a mess. Completely mess. Now they finished and they forgot to turn green light at the door 8 and the forklift guy told me β€œF..k you”, didn’t give back my paperwork and closed the dock. Today is 10.07 2:09 pm. I never experienced anything like this before.

Part 1. March 3 arrived 8am for a 9am. Gave me a door right away. Got my bills at 1523 . Made me miss my back haul. Part 2 Back again March 9th. Broker said delivery scheduled for 3/9 sysco said 3/10 on their schedule but would unload me later. They put me in a door around noon and receiver came out around 4pm and said I wouldn't get unloaded until 3/10. Receiver told me i could park on the property until the next day. The spotter also said if i was in the gate when they closed i could stay in. Then the guy driving the tanker fueling the equipment woke me up and said i had to leave. From last weeks experience i booked a backhaul a day later and i had to cancel that backhaul also. I can't stay in business like this. I will post about the outcome of 3/10 after i get unloaded later πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ I was put in a door 3/10 @ 610am. Got paperwork around noon. Office looks huge. Docks are too small to handle the freight. I was told only 3 receivers to handle all the docks

Arrived by 16:30, nobody answered to open gate, broker is Spot Leah Wright, liar and doing nothing to help with load, don’t book from them. This place don’t have any numbers to call, tried to call operator and they not answering, very bad experience, it’s better drive to food lion or target then drive here

Had a 08:00 appointment time, showed up at 07:05, it's now 13:00 and I'm still in a dock door getting unloaded. Has to be one of the slowest lumper service's around! Oh ya, did I mention lumper? That's right, you have to pay for the slow service provided. Enjoy! Three hours of detention and counting!

8am appointment, showed up at 7:45. Given a door right away. But door had a trailer in it. Was told it will be moved quickly. Almost 3 hrs later... I Was forgotten about, went back in, as was told as soon as another door was empty. I could go in that one. I spoke to that driver. His delivery was 830am. Well finally get to a dock door. And have been at this door now for hours............... and it's 315pm now and I am the last outside truck here.... And I am still not off loaded... And I lost my next load going home, so I had to hurry and found another.... And pushing not to lose that one too. Point I am getting at, it's not necessarily Sysco fault! But the new Society of work force is on a fast decline of work Ethics!! And cares for their employers. And the big picture of life and how we all work together. To achieve the same goal. And if one link of this chain fails, we all suffer! Hang on everyone, and pray πŸ™, we all get through this!!

No parking! No idea how early you can be but if you're more than 15 minutes late they'll at minimum charge you a $50 late fee. In though the gate, park on the left. There's a little barn thing and when I was here, you use the warehouse door behind it (between docks 18 and 19), inside to the right is check-in. Only took them a couple hours to unload, the rest was waiting for the lumper. They finally called to say their system wasn't working?? Come inside and pay. The way she said it on the phone I figured they would do a virtual comdata check where she'd give me a check number to register, but they had no clue what I was talking about when I went inside to pay, they wanted an express code. So my $200 lumper fee became a $430 lumper fee because of already asked my company for the advance, which was now on the wrong part of my comdata card, and I had to write a check out to myself for the extra. They literally have no idea how to do their jobs without a computer walking them through it.

Had a 12:00pm appointment. Got here around 10:30am and got a door immediately. It had a red light but I was told don’t worry about the lights. I got off loaded fairly quick but waited a few hours just for paperwork. Was told to wait in the truck and someone will bring my bills out but people were walking in and getting them. Only had a quarter trailer of product at most. Another truck that backed into me had almost a truck load but he left before I did and I arrived before him. Definitely needs some improvements.

Addressed concerns of drivers from this place sounds like a broken record. Time to wake up SYSCO. My experience here, is pathetic. But if driver arrives 15 minutes late for HIS appointment, he gets charged. Give us a break. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

**Need to edit. Extremely slow. This is not right. Burning up my clock. Something needs to be done with these lumper companies. Capstone crew very nice. I did sit in a door for over 2 hours, doors open, reefer running. Suggestion, when a door is given, they should have you back in with doors closed until they are ready to unload. They bring paperwork out, I feel they can come out to have us open doors when ready. -10 does not hold well with doors open for 2 hours in warm weather.

I would like to inform you that the current wait time at this Sysco location is approximately 3-4 hours. While it may not be the worst, I wanted to make sure you were aware of the potential wait time

There were two of us scheduled for the same appt time with the same product. So now we are waiting for the other truck to unload first, which I am sure will be about 3 hours as that is how long it has taken every other time we've been here. They sent an email to our dispatch telling them not to send two of the same loads at the same time. Now for the funny part... Sysco sets the appointment times, not our dispatch! This is the kind of mentality you're working with here. I will anxiously await the automated sysco reply under this saying that they are sorry they didn't meet our expectations and that they are remedying the situation. Sure you are....

Gps takes you right to the place. No overnight parking. My whole time there was probably about 4 hours. From checkin to leaving. Lumper fees must be paid digitally...(no cash) to be honest had high anxiety knowing i had to deliver here by the numerous other bad reviews on here but mine wasnt horribly bad. That being said you as a driver should tell your dispatch that they should hold off getting you a reload till your done here. Also to sysco who looks at these reviews and you keep commenting that your going to check into things to make them go smoother...guys by the reviews youve been saying that for years and nothing was done. These are truckers lives your messing with. Its not right. Something teally needs to be done about how you handle shipping recieving you can do better

Ok so I was scheduled for 10am I check in at 9am, it's 2pm they haven't touch the freight. Why scheduled a delivery when u already know when I will be unloaded. This is nonsense SYSCO I thought u was better than that.

Took almost 4 hours to unload half a truck. The door to get to receiving is an unmarked door. The door that has the sign above it for receiving is locked. Come on man at least label the entrances and exits correctly.

I won't even bother with stars. This place has the rudest people in trucking. It took them 8 hrs to unload my trailer, it took 30 min. To load my trailer at the pickup. No one would give me answers, they all just point their finger at the next guy. I missed a pickup for my return trip, money down the drain. But they don't care about your commerce, only theirs. They name streets after places like this. One way, dead end! If you have to go there, I feel sorry for you. Take a lunch and dinner.

Drop here; in a door right away; check in was great. I specifically asked about the reviews and timespan to not only unload but also receive back paperwork. In and out in under two (2) hours, and 30 minutes was me waiting for the broker to get code to pay lumper. Both the guy and the gal were nice, polite and great to deal with.

I love giving 1 star to places like these who do not respect truck drivers and their time. Took 3 hours to offload 4 skids. No overnight parking here either.

Do NOT go here! 6 hours at least to get you unloaded. You gonna lose your next load. You are gonna be able to contact nobody at this facility!

Picked up a will call order. Initially there was a little confusion with the order but the girl on the phone straightened it out and had my order out to me within 10 minutes. Thanks for making the trip smooth and easy.

My appt was at 0900 got here at 0815 for to a door right away! It is now 1200 and still sitting here waiting for them to finish and get my paper work! This will be the first and last time I deliver here! Plus called the number to Capstone and left a message why taking so long! Won’t ever deliver here again. I have another reload 2 hours away and I may loose it. Place is few slow and cost drivers money loosing their next load!!
