😠 Why even make a appointment time? You certainly don’t honour it! Then after 4 1/2 hours past appointment time , you demand, I say DEMAND $399 lumper fee. So at 12:30 at night , I have no means to call anyone at my work for a EFS number! Then find out , that $399 gets my trailer left like this and I... People often mention time, door, appointment, hours, lumper, call, hour, arrived, doors, appt,

Absolutely discussed with how you treat truckers ! Thanks for the care in looking after the product too !

Short term parking in the staging lot, not supposed to park overnight, must leave after loaded/delivered. I had a door within about 5 mins of arrival, plenty of pull up space. They open doors from Inside, so you dock with the doors shut, drop your trailer and disconnect and pull forward till you clear your 5th wheel. There's a sort of mail slot "drop box" in the office door you leave your paperwork in. When done they'll call you to hook up and pull out and park against the curb to pay the lumpers (done via text/web) then after that they'll call when paperwork is ready. I found the directions they gave me were clear and the guard was pleasant. In and out delivered in about 3-3 1/2 hours total. I spent an hour just waiting for my own company to advance me for the lumper fee.

Got here at 130 am for a 9 am delivery appointment. There is a truck staging lot but no overnight parking. Was woke up by the guard at 3 am for paperwork details and was told I would get a call in 20 minutes or so. At 10:30 am, I was called to go in a door and staying under 5mph. By the time I was done, I got a 10 hour reset. There is a loves truck stop about a mile away. If you time it right you can get a 10 hour reset or you can end up with a violation. Not really much of an inbetween... Also there's lumper fees

We deliver your Products, the least you could is to give drivers a decent bathroom not these nasty porta-potty’s you have outside that look like they have never been emptied.

Showed up 35 minutes before appt. time at 1400. It's now 2000 no phone call yet!!!! This will be on my list of places NEVER to come back too. Not to mention the fact that when I arrived I noticed a police car here. When I asked at the guard shack what happened. I was informed that about 3 weeks prior there was a shooting here on the premises. Wow, plan on getting my 10 hour break in just waiting. This place is a joke. I hope that people should start charging $500.00 per hour for storage fee if they continue to work like this. No respect for us driver's at all we show up on time they should be on time......

DONT ACCEPT LOADS TO THIS DC !!!!!!!!! This place is at the top of my no load list, never ever agin. I’m going on 12 hrs of wait time and they simply don’t care. Absolute trash!!!!! This place is what’s wrong with the logistics industry in this country. Let their loads go undelivered and leave this place high and dry like they like to do to truck drivers

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. They assigned me a door and had me unloaded shortly after I completed the check-in process. I only have 2 stars because they also charged $435 for unloading me. Due to Covid, they don't accept checks or cash. I can understand an unloading fee, but that seems rather high.

This facility seems to be always running behind on appt times. 02:30appt, arrived at 00:30, got a door at 08:30, finally empty at 12:30. They are however friendly, and I like their check in process. Which is call to check in, wait for a call for a door, and when your paperwork is ready. Fairly easy to back in, decent sized staging lot, but gets full fast when they're behind. No parking once empty and the little loves down the road is always packed. Not my favorite delivery, but I have definitely been to worse places.

Do NOT trust them when they say they can put you in a door early. You will sit in that door until your appointment time! Rude night-shift

Offensively bad. My appointment was 7am. It was 12:30am the next morning before I finally got unloaded. That's right. 17.5 hours. And then they have the nerve to demand a $300+ dollar lumper fee to unload you. Not only have they cost you a full day of driving pay, they want you to PAY them for it! These people are disgusting. They have no concern at all for anyone's time. They ought to be eating the lumper fee if they take more than 4 hours past for appointment time to unload you. But no. You get NOTHING for the trouble, not even an apology for the wait. If you're a trucker refuse EVERY load at this place. They need to completely revamp their entire operation before I'll even consider going back. Even then, I lean heavily towards no.

They take forever to get drivers their bills back and the receiving department is joke. They will catch a attitude just by answering the phone. This place is nasty and the staff needs to be trained better

Google should have a 0 or .5 star option for facilities like this, not fair to the 1 star facilities to be lumped in with this place. Driver arrived at 830 pm for 10 pm appointment. 5 am and still no door running reefer at -10.. If you are charging so much for lumper fees here is an idea… hire more workers and pay them better…I know, I know crazy concept that might actually increase the efficiency of your poorly run facility. Places like this should be held accountable and only way to do that is for brokers to increase detention and layover fees. That may actually require some work though…. A guy can dream

Worst place to deliver to I arrived at 2:15pm appt time was 2:00pm. Had me sitting outside for an extra 10 hours. Not only that I spoke with a guy that had a 10am delivery he arrived 3am 7hours earlier than his delivery time and wasn’t put into a door until 5pm making him sit for 15 hrs before unloading him. Another driver also had appt time for 3:45pm arrived at 3pm wasn’t put into a door until 7pm. This place is slow they don’t care if your delivering here I would definitely reconsider.

Maybe I got lucky I don’t know. I brought 16 pallets of frozen beef products. Checked in at 2:15am for 3:00am appt. Was given a door at 2:45am left with bills in hand at 5:00am. Check in by phone and pay lumper on their website. Tandems all the way back and disconnect trailer at doors. My experience was good, this was also my first time here.

If there would be zero star, then I would mark zero. Horrible place to unload the freight. Driver is sitting there since 9:45am, and it’s already 3:24, appointment was set for 10am, and he is still there…so sad..they would charge driver if he will get late, and now he has been sitting there for over 5 hours, and they are not allowed to tell me the eta that driver will get unloaded. When I asked broker, if they can help to speed it up, I was told that they cannot force the receiver to unload our driver faster…ridiculous. Stay aware carriers..

Despite being about 4 hours late due to circumstances out of my control I was in and out of here in about 4 hours. Which isn't all that bad for a place like this to be honest. Everyone I dealt with was kind. Plenty of room to back in. Just have to be mindful of them giving the same door to multiple people. No overnight parking. When I left there was a cop sitting in the staging area so they probably enforce that pretty good. They had me open my doors before I backed in because I had trailer tails, but they are setup to open trailers from inside. Disconnected and pulled forward while unloading.

Been here twice both times they ate my clock up and didn't care. Then charged a lumper fee on top of it. I would recommend turning this load down if you value your time. 6 to 8 hours+ to get a door. Only positive thing I can say is there is plenty of room to back

This company has a very nice parking lot where you can come and wait for your appointment. I saw a lot of bad comments in the review, but they are not a bad company at all. They unload you quickly. You have lumper fees, but when you pay later they call you to come get the papers, which doesn't take much time at all.

Slow but not as bad as they usually are. So what do I do in my spare time now that I'm regional? Exercise and clean up the truck 💚🖤💚

  • 3/5 robert p. 1 year ago on Google
There about 6 hrs., and check your doors, they left mine open. They have you back in with the seal intact and the doors closed. They should re-latch them. They did not.

This is a good place. Had one reciever hold me up for 2 hours. Was 1 hour and 45 minutes late for my appointment here. They got me on in and got me unloaded. Five stars all day long.
