COIT went above and beyond with my dryer duct issue. They called me back after their visit concerned as to why they weren’t finding a blockage. When they called back they asked if they could come out again and try an additional method to solve my issue. The appointment coordinator was so friendly, the technician was great, and the business as a whole really seemed to care. They didn’t treat me like a number, it was like a family member or friend coming over to help. I will use them for ALL of the services they provide if needed. I highly recommend COIT.

This was totally last minute i called them and they got me in. Ronnie showed up on time. So kind. Very thorough. Most of us expect everybody running late. Not them he Moved my living furniture got underneath everything. I thought it was really reasonable. I just thought there was no way they were going to get all these stains out. I actually waited for half the stains to come back. There were a lot of stains on the white carpet upstairs. I waited and waited. They never came back. I still can't believe it. How good it looks. I am thinking about calling them to go over just 3 spots again downstairs but hate to bother them. Kinda mad i didn't do this years ago. When our parents passed away. We were about to pull up the carpet and replace it. Now we can invest it somewhere else in the house. They were running the 30%. The only thing thats disappointing is the guard and deodorizer. In a spray bottle. I thought it was this huge coating not no few pumps here and there in a spray bottle. 😆 oh well. Smells great. I'm so very pleased to say the least. Ronnie needs a raise. He wanted to make sure I was pleased with his work. I totally made him a care package of delightful food to go for breakfast and lunch. Take care of our people that keep working in this plandemic not taking a yearly break and they will take care of you. I still can't believe almost every stain is gone. It's crazy. Embarrassing or not I had to show the pics. I want to put down those clear rugs that your grandparents had now 😆 Get coit.

Two different crews came to our home-one to clean our air ducts and dryer vent and the second was one person to clean two pieces of upholstered furniture (way too dirty). The process was much faster than we expected and the end results were super! We’re very pleased!

Their website allows you to setup an appt but gives no information on pricing. I called the main contact number on the site and was told it was an Emergency contact number. I asked how to get pricing and the lady told me I needed to call back tomorrow. I told her the site was frustrating and that I’d like that to be communicated to someone and she blew me off and told me to call back tomorrow. She was rude and unhelpful and made me feel like I’d done something wrong for calling. I was planning on using their services, but absolutely not after that interaction. Steer clear of COIT.

Charles & Sam arrived promptly. Charles explained everything to me in detail. Also, he explained the expected outcome due to having pets in the house. Charles & Sam were very polite & professional. We are very pleased with our floors. Thank you!

Our technician was very professional and thorough. All cleaning results were positive. We had our bathroom tile grout cleaned and were a little disappointed it didn’t come out brighter and lighter color.

COIT picked up our area rug and took it to be cleaned. There was a large stain on the rug in which they were able to remove. Rug was returned one week later and was clean, soft to the touch and smelled very fresh.

Technician called in advance, arrived when he said he would. Courteous, listened to/ answered my questions. Left me with a clean, good smelling carpet. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Our carpet cleaner was very nice and friendly. We showed him what we need cleaned and he gave us an estimate. He did a great job and we are very pleased.

It was good from the estimate, to the pickup and return. Very professional, courteous and informed staff. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Jake, who is evidently quality control, bent, cut past vents, cut trim, left cut lines hanging off, left fingerprints on trim of all our vents. When I spoke to him, he blamed it all on the guy who assisted him. My husband and I were home at time of cleaning saw only Jake on the ladder. The painter, Daniel, came out and took copious notes and pictures of everything. We have used Coit for years and this experience is enough for us to no longer use, and tell our friends about the lack of professionalism and neglect to our home. As a response to Jake’s post, this is the voicemail he left us after he called and we asked him not to call back. There was no miscommunication because we did understand reasonable damage. Our builder verified only 1 vent MAY have had silicone around it. I am adding photos of how they looked when the job was complete to show this was not reasonable. We are waiting on approval for the painter to be able to rectify the damages.

This is Floyd's friend who was also there when your employee was cleaning the carpet. I want his boss to know that you have one excellent employee. He is a hard worker, the carpet is in bad shape and he did a great job. He was very respectful and a pleasure to speak with. Didn't catch his name but he definitely should be recognized for the time him put in for cleaning the carpet. If I could I would give him 10 stars..

We just had Coit clean our new downtown office building. Our 11,000 sq ft building was a total mess after our extensive renovation. Coit made our space look shiny and new. I cannot recommend that enough. I would give Coit 10 stars if I could.

Jason McMichael called us prior to inform us of his arrival time. He did a walk through with us to find out what our concerns were. He talked us through the pricing, he wore booties, and was very respectful of our property. He did a excellent job cleaning upholstery and carpet. I am not easily impressed, but Jason impressed with his professionalism. I will be referring friends and family to use COIT services.

Both Troy and Brandon did great jobs and were very professional. Troy recommended more frequent cleaning of the dryer vent and we will follow up on that. Brandon was able to get all of the stains out of the couch and it looks like new.

I used Coit for a second time. This time they cleaned and sanitized all my vents and dryer vent. Troy and Cameron were polite and professional and got the job done quickly. Rick followed and cleaned all the rugs in my house. He also did a fantastic job, was respectful of my property and polite. All in all a really good experience.

Excellent customer service. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed of their arrival time. I am soo pleased & happy with their hard work. Everything looks and smells wonderful. Jason was very nice and explained what he was doing and gave clear instructions when he left. I do think the prices are a bit high. Even with 35% discount, it seemed expensive. But the place is in much better condition, so I can’t complain too much.

The 2 men who did the vent cleaning for me were professional and informative. I also appreciated the communication by phone when they were on the way to my home and they were punctual! Called on a Friday and they were here on Monday to assess the situation, work was started and on Tuesday. Jason called before he arrived, was on time, he was professional and friendly. The job was done very satisfactorily. I would call them again for other jobs we need to have done.

Extremely happy with results. Duct work is totally clear and dust free. All furniture looked fantastic. One spot on couch pillow much better but could not be totally removed but everything else was perfect!!

Had an odd issue with my dryer ventilation, and the COIT employee that helped me was great! He walked me through his professional opinion and advised me of the unknowns. He was successful in the cleaning and I was very satisfied all around.

Cleaned 2 microfiber recliners and a sofa. All look great. They also attempted to clean white grout in a bathroom floor. Not as successful but it is old and not really surprising.

This was our first time to use COIT. Very pleased with the service. Cleaning job was excellent with care for our belongings and our home. Technician was courteous, friendly, and on time. Definitely will use again.
