Unfortunately ever since they finished remodeling, (i'm not sure if they changed management or became more strict) i've found that my target trips at this specific location have not been good at all. I entered the store and automatically found the "security guys" staring me down along with my two younger siblings. (I'm super hyper-aware of everything and everyone) i brushed it off and continue to walk and shop, i got to the toy section where my siblings were browsing and i stayed an aisle away getting my phone out of my purse and checking my messages the put it back in my puse and continue to walk the aisle and when i walk to the aisle next to me the "security" is pretending to put stuff back on shelfs when in reality he was following us. I continue to walk around and again i walked near the "security team" and a couple of other staff members i literally walked in-front so they could get the idea that i know you all are looking/following us. They continue their conversation between staff but they continue to watch us closely as we walk by. I then checked out we spent about 35-40 mins in there shopping and the whole time i felt "security" and employee(s) keeping close tabs on us. This as a woman as a person is beyond humiliating and UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!!! I do not like being watched like i'm a thief because we are not! This is my 2nd time me and my family have been watched on I'm starting to think this is a racial issue as we are hispanic/latino. This target was my go to! I enjoy shopping at target but unfortunately i do not think i'll be back for a good while. I can't go somewhere where i do not feel comfortable shopping at! Target do better and train these so call security guys better and know who to really watch out on.

They are undergoing a major remodel at the moment but everything was neat, clean and the construction was well outta sight or areas were walled off and decorated to look nice. They were well stocked and I got just what I needed!! This is my go to place for shorts and t-shirts!! Great prices and selection!!

The pictures speak for themselves. Place has gone way downhill, rude employees, very trashy.

I don't usually shop Target because of the prices. I brought a relative here to look at laptop computers. After walking to the back of the store to the correct aisle, I find there are no actual laptops on display - just signs with information. Disappointing. We left.

Love the employees however, pharmacy staff could be a little better with customer service. I waited at register 5 mins before gentleman finally greeted me. When I was in line to check out, the cashier closed her lane and turned her light off. I was the next person to be helped and she told me to go to another register. She had an attitude and there was plenty of people behind me too that had to find another lane to check out.

This target and their associates were fantastic. I had just been to the dermatologist and was bleeding bad because I'm on bloodthinners. Taylor the store director and her people went out of their way to help me. Thank you from the bottom 🙏 of my ❤️.

This is my main place to shop. I use the pick up system a lot. My partner is disabled , and she will put it together and order and I'll pick it up on my way home from work. My only issue with this store is that it happens too often when I get something that expires that day or is already expired. You gotta check those dates right away. It's happened enough where I had to start going to back to the store to process returns.

I was very disappointed in the grocery items I was hoping to find. The deli was nearly non-existent, and the produce really wasn't much better. I wandered in to find phyllo dough which seems to only exist in Targets....bought some other things (found a few sparkly wines😊), but I will likely mostly shop elsewhere. Thanks for the phyllo, though! I've been "assigned" my yummy baklava for Thanksgiving. 😋

This last experience at Target was by far the best I've had in YEARS. Ben was so helpful in produce. He answered all the questions I had. I didn't want to bother him because he looked busy but he saw me walking around clueless. He was the only employee who asked me how I was doing or how he could help. The selection of the store was great. I will definitely be back!

I went to Target for a quick trip. I asked a worker where chicken patties are and she walked me to the frozen section and told me to get the Good and Gather brand. She said they taste just like Chic Fil A. I get home and I’m disappointed to find chicken patties that could be served in a school’s cafeteria. See Photo. They’re very generous with returns though.

Terrible customer service in electronics department continues. I greatly dislike shopping in the Target electronics department. Customer service doesn't exist. We went there to get an apple Watch and no one would help us. They all walked out of the department without looking back. I'll never shop that department again

I absolutely love the drive up option when I don't have a lot of available time to shop. I can order from the store on my app, select drive up, let them know I'm on my way, let them know I arrived, and done! It's super easy, and it's normally ready in 2 hours. There are also special deals offered for drive up. Last visit, I saved $38.87. I saved another $15 after my order was placed, and another $15 when I picked up my items. All this on a $166 original order. Super fast pick-up process with a LOT of designated parking spaces just for drive up orders. Love it!!

Only one register open on a Friday night. Everything is self-service check out. I don't like that. The place was pretty clean, the staff I did run into was nice. Food selection was ok, the atmosphere is better than Walmart, so I'm willing to pay a bit more for food. This place has a Starbucks.

Great place to go shopping. It has everything you might need in a safe clean space.

When we first walked in we noticed things had been moved and changed around. Then it took us forever to find the Men's Dept. Had to look through a mound of shirts to finally find the ones that I needed. I did find the color and size in both that I was looking for. However, it was very difficult to find them in the jumbled mess. Then we had to ask where the Christmas Dept. was. It was also not in the same place it had been before and looked like a much smaller area and variety. Pretty much every department we went through was a wreck. I know that it is the Christmas season but you did seem like you had plenty of staff to take care of areas that were messed up.

One of the busiest shopping days of the year and 22 of the best parking spaces are completely unused. I really dislike this practice. Online shoppers don’t deserve this special treatment.

Did not have Childrens ibuprofen OR Tylenol! They were all sold out. They really need to make sure they stock their medicine.

Shopped for $400 worth of a clients groceries- just to have the self checkout woman throw frozen items on top of my bread and then on to the floor, while trying to dig out a .79 cent can of tomato sauce from the bottom of the cart to make sure I wasn’t stealing it! Never been treated so discriminatory or disrespectfully in the 3 years or 1,000 orders of doing my job. She was unapologetic in her quest to catch me “stealing” within these clients groceries and when I questioned her authority or purpose as to why she was making a spectacle of this whole ordeal whilst throwing food around and on the floor- she told me to “go somewhere else and not bother her on this side of the store again!” Guess I’m not allowed to complain about her throwing food- but that’s okay! I called management to report the woman who would just not stop running her mouth even as I was walking away to bag my $400 worth of groceries on the other side of the store- and the management promised she would be dealt with. It’s been a few days and I’ve had no follow up only to assume this wretched creature still lurks in “customer service” and self checkout- but that’s okay! I’ll be calling corporate today. Won’t be coming here again, advised my clients upon drop off of the situation and they will also not be shopping here again. And man- $400 a week on groceries really adds up! So just on one family you lost about $20,000 a year on sales. Multiply that by my family and all the other I’m going to express my opinion to- sure doesn’t seem worth the company loss or her payroll to keep one troll on staff.

Target truly hits the bullseye by my high standards by empowering all of their employees from the cashiers to the department specific staff to resolve issues quickly and seamlessly without having to walk to the front end or calling a manager for approval/override. Truly sets them apart with a great customer experience.

Mick in cold storage saved the day! Local Brownsburg Kroger was out of stock which happens but manager was so rude to several folks looking for it. I got in the truck and was soon talking to Mick...option 5...we were looking for Jimmy Dean sausage. Mick walked out and actually checked. Awesome support! Saved Biscuit and Gravy night at the Payne household! Thanks Mick at Avon Target...keep crushing it bud! Matt

About a month ago, I found some club soda (at the Target, Avon location) that I had been looking for at different stores but had been unable to find at other stores. When I went back on 6/3/22 to buy more, there was none on the shelf. I checked their website & it indicated that there was some in stock so I went to the service desk & asked the employee (Devi) if she might be able to call someone to check in the back. Devi actually walked back to the aisle with me &, when she couldn't find any either, she asked another employee (Christian) if he might be able to help. Christian scanned the tag on the shelf & confirmed that there was supposed to be some in stock in the back. He then went to the back of the store &, after a few minutes, he came back with the club soda. I just wanted to commend these two employees who took 5-10 minutes out of their busy day & went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find something that I have not been able to find at any other store for the last month! So, please give them the recognition they deserve; out of 10-stars, they get 100! AND... if you're in Avon, IN & want a great place to shop that has EXCELLENT customer service, visit Target on Rockville Road (US 36) in Avon, IN

they need to be less worried about fulfilling online/curbside orders and more worried about their storefront. 10/10 would NOT buy clothes here because they have probably been trampled all over from being on the floor so long. 6+ employees just walking around the store, pushing the carts for their curbside orders, leaving the carts in the middle of aisles and blocking them off. this store is in awful shape.

I was here on Monday 6/27 to open a Consumer Cellular account. The first time I was helped by a young woman (sorry I didn’t get her name). She gave me all the information needed to establish the account. After gathering the information I returned and was helped my Adrian. He was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. These employees are truly a credit to your store. There was another older woman there the entire time I was. She was struggling with some matter involving a gift card and Adrian was extremely patient with her in trying to resolve her issue.

This store looks bad. Every time I go there is clothes all over the floor. Today I finally decided to take pictures because I can not believe it’s so frequent. To add: me and other people I know have applied and have been turned down.
