Popped in for a beer and some snacks. Cool industrial warehouse style brewery, with a few quirky design choices. Really tasty beer and yummy snacks. Introduced Dad to frickles for the first time!! Chicken was delicious too.

Prancing Pony is an incredible craft brewery and we'll worth your time to visit. The atmosphere is incredibly well laid out and very welcoming, the staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions about the range or beers, ales and ciders that they have. The food is incredible, especially the wood fired pizza so they offer much more than just a place to taste beer. They often have unique brews that make the visit well worth it.

Great little brewery, staff were lovely and friendly. Really enjoyed the Oktoberfest festivities, food and beers. If you haven't popped in yet, I highly recommend. The normal menu is also fantastic, food is served quickly and with good presentation plus tastes beautiful. There are many beers to try along with a paddle to help you sample someof their top brews, including build your own paddle for the beers you wish to try, highly recommendthe cider too one of the best I've tried yet. The new double dark ale was also delicious if you like a dark ale along with the india red ale, another very nice drop. So if you haven't been, pop it on your to do list for the near future, you won't regret.

One of our favourite craft breweries. Frank and Corrina's hospitality is second to none and their venue is comfortable and fun. With a massive number of beers available, all brewed onsite, there's something for everyone. This was our second visit and we will be back next time we visit the region.

If you're out for some awesome beers and bites, this is definitely the place to be. Superb ambiance with friendly staff for sure. Many varieties of beer are brewed fresh on site. The best one would be the Indian red ale which has an outstanding flavor profile. Other types of beers like Zeppelin, Hopwork Orange and the Piper stand out closely as really good beers are best enjoyed ice cold. Suitable during the sweltering Australian summer. Chicken wings.. hmmm it really is out of this World. Do choose the honey soy or the spicy Buffalo wings. Finger licking good and the best compliment to the beer. There are many more food items on the menu worth trying as well. Pricing is quite reasonable for an awesome experience. Will definitely visit this place again in the near future.

Came in today to celebrate 10 years of Prancing Pony. Was a great atmosphere, local radio outside ( games for the children ) Brilliant singer inside ( did not get his name ) Food was very tasty & plentiful. I had the wings for 1 & side of chips, had to bring some home was more than enough. Great beer as always also brought 4 tins home. Hope to be back in the New Year. Usually manage 1/2 a year but definitely more often, got to try the Pizza too

Prancing Pony is a beautiful brewery with a soul. They have a range from light and easy drinking to hippy and intense, and variations to satisfy almost every beer lovers palette. The service was friendly and while I didn't order any of the wood fired pizzas they looked very yummy! Also some cows live right next door.

Great beers, great staff, awesome food. The guys were awesome behind the bar and the food was bloody delicious. Really worth it if you’d love a beer amongst all the wineries. Would definitely recommend! Cheers guys! (And girls) :)

Great beers, and the wings are good value but $16 for a glass of wine is just ridiculous. It means I don’t come here that often with my wife, who is a wine drinker. No idea who came up with that price but it’s bonkers crew. Please look into it.

Excellent food, cocktails and atmosphere. Beautiful in-house made gin. Visited in Gin Day so had some gin cocktails, both of which were excellent. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Highly recommend.

We are tourists from Singapore, and our AirBnb host recommended Prancing Pony as being kid friendly and with good food. We loved our afternoon 'tea' here. We had pumpkin soup, fries, and fried chicken fingers, all of which were excellent. The pumpkin soup in particular was outstanding - the pumpkin taste shone through, accentuated with a hint of herbs (parsley?), perfect for a cold and rainy winter's day I loved the Piper West Coast ale as well - wonderfully hoppy with a delightful long bitter finish. My kids couldn't stop devouring the fries and chicken fingers, both of which were tender inside and remarkably crispy outside. Finally, service was prompt, professional, efficient, and always cheerful. Even the staff clearing our wiped-out plates did it with a smile. We regret we never got to know their names (feedback - give them some name tags?) 5 stars for sure, and we will recommend it to friends who pass through the area.

We went for Sunday lunch, have never been here before and the food was amazing along with the beer and wine selection. Great ambience and the service was second to none. The staff know their job. They are all friendly and we highly recommend to eat here. Had a solo guitarist singing. Great Sunday vibes. Definitely be back

Went for a look see. Heard plenty about the place but never been before. Plenty of beer on tap. I'm a non drinker but my daughter tried out a few glasses. She enjoyed what was on offer. I tried it all as a sip but did nothing for me. It's nothing flash but I'm sure it would be a hoot and a holler on the night. They have quiz night on Wednesday and other things on given nights. It would be worth exploring. We did not eat there, early afternoon , but saw a few with take away and watched the end of the football between magpies and lions. Close game.

From the time we walked in the staff made us feel very welcome. One of our party of 4 is in a wheelchair and access for him was great. One small thing, the toilet door for disabled toilet is hard to open from a wheelchair.

Thank you so much for a fantastic last weekend for my husband's birthday celebrations with only a weeks' notice. I really appreciate how accommodating the team are, the atmosphere and food is fantastic! I've visited a few times before and have always had a great time but I also highly recommend the Prancing Pony for larger group bookings! thank you again :)

Really great food. Went with the family, and every single one of us really enjoyed our meals. Two of us had cocktails which were lovely, and the room was lovely and warm despite the frigid weather outside. Lovely atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, amazing service, good decor. Sadly... Their menu doesn't really cater to those who don't eat bread/pastry/sugar... Nor can you work/order around it like you would at another pub or restaurant. Otherwise, great place to go and unwind.

Absolutely adored the venue! Funky, comfortable, and somewhere it would be easy to settle in for the night. Our first time in SA and so glad we came out to visit - good beers, tasty pizzas (compliments to the chef, who was quite busy) and fantastic service (special mention to Kaia whose outgoing personality and personable nature is an asset to the brand). Would be regulars here if we were locals.

The beer tasting paddles were good. The staff were friendly. The place itself is a big brewing shed with half of it sectioned off as a restaurant with quirky seating and pallet tables, a pinball machine and some rocking horses. We ordered the bbq wings the prancing pony burger and the kids cheeseburger. The wings were a little tough, but not crispy and it seemed like they hadn't been marinated long enough. The burger patties were weird and didn't have a discernible beef taste at all. The chips were over flavoured for my tastes.

Fantastic food and drink, the aesthetic of the pub was lovably eclectic and the service was fantastic. In particular Kirstyn from behind the bar really went above and beyond in both service and her warm and friendly demeanour. Will definitely be coming back.

A great place to go to experience some tasty beers (there's a fair selection for all tastes), some good grub in a relaxed atmosphere with some good tunes playing. The service was awesome, fella on the bar today was super friendly and passionate about the beers and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely a independent feel to this place. Couple of paddles to choose from as well as others on draught. Well worth a visit.
