    When I was thinking prenatal yoga I was pretty sure that I would go with Yoga hub as I have done regular yoga session with Shweta di and I was pretty confident. Yoga has helped be stay active throughout my pregnancy would recommend to everyone. Information class has helped me with lot of queries pre and post delivery. Though online shweta di, would correct any wrong postures and is very attentive hence I was never worried about that. Thankyou for being a part of my pregnancy and making life better, would not have any other way.♥️

    Shweta is one of the best yoga mentors in town, she not only instructs but encourages as well . Since I have joined her yoga and Pilates session, my health goals are better achieved without much restraint on diet. Minor health issues are on a go and body is fitter and healthier!

    Very helpful and insightful pre-natal classes. Shweta is an amazing resource person who knows the subject inside out and delivers amazingly well! Lamaze classes from her are surely a must recommend!

    I'm really impressed with how attentive and caring she is…when it comes to health concerns. She takes the time to understand individual needs and tailor yoga postures accordingly.I would highly recommend yoga Hub to everyone.

    I’m really happy with the class, it is custom adapted to your health conditions. Shweta is a great instructor and the atmosphere of the class is energetic yet calm.

    I was relatively new to yoga and didn’t know l what to expect but she is a roller coaster of immense knowledge ; she totally lives her work and you can feel her heart in everything . Shweta will take you back to your beginning and build you back from your roots … if you looking for mind , body & soul rejuvenation you must join .

    Very insightful sessions. Amazing prenatal pregnancy exercises and the best part was information classes. I would Recommend this class to every new mom for better and informed decisions in her motherhood

    I’ve loved being in this yoga journey with shaveta, who’s v patient & knowledgeable. From day one, a v comfortable environment…. I can confidently work on my goal, generally less ache’s which I usually suffer. Don’t feel like missing it any day as it always leaves feeling refreshed & renewed. It’s a great addition in my life & I highly recommend it.

    I tried Yoga all of twice in my life and never pursued it further because I never found it exciting or challenging. And then this year a friend suggested I join Yoga Hub and try it out for myself. Best decision ever. Shweta's training has something new everyday and she challenges us immensely. She not only engages us physically but also mentally. She is completely in tune with everyone's issues and limitations and concentrates on it personally. I have been training at the Yoga Hub now for 3 months and I already see such a huge difference in my body. I feel flexible, light, toned and am full of energy. Recommend her to everyone who wants to make a change in their fitness over-all.

    I stepped out of my house for the first time for a workout session.was apprehensive but now it seems to be the wisest decision ever.This one hour session is something my health needs.Shweta builds up atmosphere which infuses learning,personal touch and results one can experience internally.Her class is a daily booster which is much required to keep me going.Thankyou Shweta.God bless always.

    Very nice classes. Joined for a second time after a break due to other commitments. Effective for overall fitness. Makes you feel refreshed throughout the day. Excellent instructor- patient and knowledgeable.

    It was wonderful to connect with you Sheweta ..you have an excellent yoga environment . Everytime I finish a class I feel stronger and relax . You were so patient with me in trying new yoga positions. I reduced 5kgs In a month . I am really excited as I know as I continue I will keep strengthening and improving my body
