Excellent busy place for the waterfalls and other fast food. They have 7 water golfappas Plenty seating outside and the shop is on the road. They are hygienic and clean inside can’t comment on outside road

I tried tikki and it is served in leaves which totally makes it feel like traditional food. Although the Food is very tasty here. Prices are very genuine and worthy. the place is bit crowdy, clearly shows its fame 😜

An average place with overrated reviews. Gone there with a friend as he said it's one of the best but I didn't find it near best. No parking space. I wonder why people waste time on their average tasty food. The dish looks good as they spend more on the looks than the taste. But seriously I don't recommend this place if you are travelling but you will be wasting time. I had golgappe (okish), tikki (not worth it), I mean it's good but not that good.

I love their Dosa, Masala chaap, Golgappa and chocolate chocochips shake. Overall everything is tasty here price is also genuine. Everything they charge is worth the price. Golgappa has almost 6 flavours Pomogranate, Jaljeera, Guava, Hing and teo flavours i m bit remembering it now will post soon. Then they will give you one dahi puri complimentary and that is woohhooo so tempting. Masala chaap it one of my fav as I am a chaap fan and I love spicy this particular chap is on spicier side but not very spicy a decent amount of spices. Chocolate chocochips shake it is love as it has perfect amount of chocochips and is thick. One of the best place to have a thick heavy shake.

It's OK, but nothing can match the road side matar kulcha thela of Delhi. The pav breads are very small in size. In Ludhiana there are not many options available for such food like Bikanerwala, Haldiram and Gopal's of Chandigarh.

Place known for its shakes . Nice and tasty food . Tried thier rabri faluda and fruit cream. Both was yum 😋 Recently tried thier breakfast menu. That was also very tasty. 3 desi ghee poori., aloo channa sabji, petha sabji along with halwa in served in a meal. That was sufficient for one.

I ordered veg thali and the Reddish provided in the name of salad was totally stale and was harmful for any human beings health. This type of food is not expected and accepted from Natural. Sorry to say that your quality is deteriorating day by day. On raising concern, they refunded the amount but deserve a 2 star rating

I tried Burger there, taste was good, but ambiance, hygiene level very low, very late service even and all staff standing and busy in their phones. Also they fo not have the parking for vehicles. They appointed to person on the road to assist vehicle park they do have sence how to speak with cusomers. Attached are picture when we packed some burger to my home....which are self explanatory. See the burger condition, onion size etc. Pls avoid to go ther very dirty place. No hygiene maintains. Thx

Pricing is premium but the food quality is not upto the mark..Golgappe having 6 water ..almost all are like the same taste..and the is much synthetic than natural..so you really need to improve this..if the pricing is premium you need to maintain premium quality in all food products..so please Take care Edit : Visited Today..parking is a big problem here..Food Quality is improved a bit..but other items are very good and upto the mark..I had Mix Gola, Mango Ice Cream Shake and Dosa (not so good).. This place is for pure vegetarians. I wanted to try sweet corn soup but the vendor told that specified soup will take more time and better to go for mix vegetable soup. it was hot and perfect to my taste. Most of the people will think if soup was fitting your norms then why only two stars. Hmm it was the time waisted to fetch that bowl of soup which wasn't even my choice. I would say that eating food from naturals is like eating paid langar and even langar at gurudwaras is so organized and systematic. Even the cashiers don't pay attention to the crowd getting gathered at the food counters no safety measures for covid no precautions are being taken no parking facility provided to clients. One really have to shed his sweat to eat at naturals this was my second visit but both experiences were same. The place is not for people who prefer to eat peacefully and have less patience........ visited on a sunday morning for its famous desi ghee poori plates with 3 vegies and pickel. The pooris were very yummy but the highlight was their halwa. There is self service but the clients have to go to the next shack to collect the pooris. The seating arrangement was a bit cramped and AC was bearable. I guess there are lots of guests on sunday morning and at night as this happens to be one of the popular fast food joints of Ludhiana.

Visiting naturals from long time, but now their quality has gone down and its not upto mark, taste is good but now they charge premium as per stalls. The place is mostly crowdy and theyre is very less sitting avaliable. Their main food you can enjoy is champ/panerr tikka/ mango shake/rawa dosa/pizza/ paw bhaji/ fruit cream. They have a very large menu and now even main course is also available. They accept only cash credit cards dont work there. For take away assume at least 30 to 50 mins for your order.

Food is satisfactory and they have a large menu.. but the sitting area is very limited so the place is overly crowded every single time which ruins the whole experience! Plus take out orders have a loooooong waiting period too.

This is mecca for foodies as this place is always full of people. Wide variety of dishes including Chinese, indian, shakes, ice creams, pizaa, champs etc.. Quality of food is awesome and service is quick. Price is also justified considering quantity and quality. We ordered Bhalla chaat, Rabdi Faluda, Oreo Shake and Special Veg thali worth 200/-. We enjoyed our meal and would definitely consider it again.

Never order Natural special Malayi champ. Third Class quality. Very poor taste including high spice ... Not Recommended

We had 3 different soups Mix veg. manchow soup was perfect. Chana soup was fine. Tomato soup wasn't worth at all. It didn't taste well. Either you have to take Away or sit by roadside in open area which wasn't comfortable.

I don’t think so i can explain about this shop .. it’s being more then 10 years I visiting almost daily.. this visit after 2 year .. you get every thing in one place. Every product is signature product in this shop .. people are wonderful here . Yeas you have seen a huge crowd her after 7 pm daily .. but worth to visit here if you are fond of eating the deferent varieties of food .. thanks

quite unusual place.. 1..u have to buy coupons from one shop go to another for dish.. 2..if you buy pavbhaji n need extra pav u have to leave table go to coupon counter buy coupon then go to pavbhaji counter n buy paav n then eat.. 3..dont know why this hype..but food is below average and how someone can eat like this for every one dish extra one person from group need to do full process.. felt funny by visiting this shop..

This place is awesome almost loved by all and famous in Ludhiana also. You can see Zomato it came over here their stuff is superb. On weekends they have a full rush. If you are like wanna eat best in Town without thinking you can visit them 🤠

Sitting area is very less.... Sometime people can't have a space to stand very conjuncted... It is better to take away or dine in in your personal car

Every dessert is loaded with sugar. They seem to be selling sugar syrup with different flavors. Very disappointed. Ordered mango shake and kulfi, both were so sweet that we ended up throwing it away. Seems like they on a mission to make everyone diabetic.

One of the most unhygienic food serving restaurants. This is typically overrated. Service is delayed and staff have no communication etiquettes. Their behavior is too rude. You can find better dining places than this, at this price. I gave one star just to write the review.

I come from Singapore, visited my in laws in Ludhiana. Decided to try Natural based on the reviews. Despite multiple times asked for no onions on customisation, they didnt heed the requests, and made it unpleasant to eat the food. Their paneer sandwich was nice though too much garlic smell/taste, which gave me too much uneasiness - i kept burping the after taste the whole night. Their momos were average.

Nice tasty mouth watering preparations at very reasonable rates.i specially love Bhalla papdi chat and Rava masala dosa.Avoid saturday .sunday evening as these are crowds days.

I am fan of naturals with there intense menu , I visited this place more than 6 times alone n tried soup shakes pizza pasta cheese corn roll, chilla , momos,champ and champ roll for me this place has everything to sever my different moods.
