I've
been
a
member
of
the
Wolff
health
studio
for
almost
two
months
now.
At
the
beginning
there
is
a
conversation;
the
studio
introduces
itself
and
the
services
and
discusses
the
goals
of
the
member.
There
are
three
different
packages
and
three
terms.
The
price
decreases
as
the
term
increases.
The
prices
are
already
very
high,
the
monthly
ones
and
the
package
that
is
initially
paid.
In
addition,
there
is
a
service
fee
twice
a
year.
Drinks
are
not
included.
You
will
then
receive
a
training
plan
tailored
to
the
member
and
a
briefing
on
the
equipment.
This
is
regularly
adjusted
and
in
between
the
trainers
are
always
available
for
questions.
The
plan
is
documented
in
an
app.
Here
you
collect
monthly
activity
points
and
can
compare
yourself
with
the
other
members.
Coaches
also
collect
points
here.
In
general,
a
great
idea
that
increases
motivation.
However,
it
drops
again
when
you
realize
that
it's
impossible
to
get
1st
place
unless
you
run
a
10K
every
day.
I
simply
don't
have
time
for
this.
Since
the
studio
is
not
a
normal
gym,
the
average
age
here
is
a
bit
higher
and
you
won't
find
typical
"bumpers"
here.
In
general,
there
are
always
rather
few
members
present,
always
the
same
faces
and
you
almost
never
have
to
wait
for
a
device
to
become
available.
The
opening
hours
are
not
attractive.
Being
only
open
four
hours
a
day
on
weekends
doesn't
live
up
to
my
expectations.
The
staff
is
very
courteous,
polite
and
competent.

(Original)
Ich
bin
nun
seit
knapp
zwei
Monaten
Mitglied
im
Gesundheitsstudio
Wolff.
Am
Anfang
wird
ein
Gespräch
geführt;
das
Studio
stellt
sich
und
die
Leistungen
vor
und
bespricht
die
Ziele
des
Mitglieds.
Es
gibt
drei
verschiedene
Pakete
und
drei
Laufzeiten.
Der
Preis
sinkt
bei
steigender
Laufzeit.
Die
Preise
sind
schon
sehr
hoch,
die
monatlichen
und
das
Paket
welches
anfangs
gezahlt
wird.
Dazu
kommt
noch
zwei
mal
im
Jahr
eine
Servicepauschale.
Getränke
sind
nicht
inkludiert.
Anschließend
erhält
man
einen
auf
das
Mitglied
zugeschnittenen
Trainingsplan
und
eine
Geräteeinweisung.
Dieser
wird
regelmäßig
angepasst
und
zwischendurch
stehen
die
Trainer
jederzeit
für
Fragen
zur
Verfügung.
Der
Plan
wird
in
einer
App
dokumentiert.
Hier
sammelt
man
monatlich
Aktivitätspunkte
und
kann
sich
mit
den
anderen
Mitgliedern
vergleichen.
Auch
Trainer
sammeln
hier
Punkte.
Generell
eine
super
Idee,
die
Motivation
steigt.
Jedoch
sinkt
diese
wieder,
wenn
man
feststellt,
dass
es
unmöglich
ist
den
1.
Platz
zu
erreichen,
wenn
man
nicht
täglich
einen
10km-Lauf
absolviert.
Hierfür
habe
ich
schlichtweg
keine
Zeit.
Da
das
Studio
kein
normales
Fitnessstudio
ist,
ist
der
Altersdurchschnitt
hier
etwas
höher
und
typische
„Pumper“
findet
man
hier
nicht.
Generell
sind
immer
eher
wenige
Mitglieder
anwesend,
immer
die
gleichen
Gesichter
und
man
muss
fast
nie
auf
das
Freiwerden
eines
Gerätes
warten.
Die
Öffnungszeiten
sind
nicht
attraktiv.
Am
Wochenende
jeweils
nur
vier
Stunden
am
Tag
geöffnet
zu
haben
entspricht
nicht
meinen
Erwartungen.
Das
Personal
ist
sehr
zuvorkommend,
höflich
und
kompetent.
