I brought my 2 year old son in to be seen and from the moment I walked in the door the staff was amazing! So kinda and helpful. Make me feel at ease which as a momma of a sick baby isn’t an easy task. They were attentive and clearly cared about us and I could tell they treat all their patients that way. The doctor was so kind and really took her time trying to get vitals on an uncomfortable sick baby. She was a Star! I’m confident that if and when I need to go back to the doctor it will be no question we will come back!

Rose is a wonderful provider who cared for me over the course of several days when I had a tonsillectomy. She made sure she was thorough, that I was getting the hydration and nutrition that I needed. Even though I couldn’t speak at the time we connected on a personal level. She deserves more than five stars. Thank you so much! I hope you get employee of the month!

I went for my dot exam. Was a very pleasant and positive experience. Great team work, nice greeting, comfortable atmosphere. With modern sign in system, fast and efficient system. I was taken care and didn't wait to long to be called.

My family and I were on vacation scalloping and enjoying the springs up near Crystal River, when my 8 year old son, started complaining of a sore throat one evening. I figured he'd sleep it off or it would improve, but he woke in the AM crying... That was a bit unusual so I thought to take him somewhere to get checked out. Luckily, I located Quick Care Med and it was open on a Sunday morning. We went in and there were about 2 people already being seen, so we had about a 40 minute wait, however I had docs to fill out too. We were greeted and helped by Bethany, she walked me through the process, was upfront about the price and informed me where to get the prescription as well as gave me a Goodrx discount card to save some cash! I thought that was awesome and really appreciated that! Once seen we were able to go to the nearest Walgreens and pick-up our prescription in a very short time. Disaster was averted, my son recovered well enough that day, that were were able to go to 7 Sister Springs in the afternoon! Thanks for the help!

I don't know who is educating these doctors but they are losing their ability to heal. Every person is different which means their bodies are different and require personal diagnosing. If I had a bunch of engines and put different things in each then each engine would require different repairs. The same goes for people. It was the worst experience at urgent care. Not to mention the window person didn't know where she was. I know everywhere you go ignorance abounds but there are still doctors who have the skills, morals and training needed to diagnose each person accordingly. I pray your experience is better than mine

Horrible, it took 3 hours to get a DOT medical exam. The girls in the office were great. Doctor was a jerk. I don't know if it was because I was a woman, he asked me how long I've been driving. Which is 35 years. Gave me a hard time about my meds and age, no other Doctor has.

10/9/2023, This morning, I was treated as though I didn't matter. I have an underline illness. So therefore I need to know if I have Covid-19. I was Never was texted for Covid-19 after waiting for hours. Very nice Nasty lady.!!!!!

Super friendly and quick service. Thank you for everything. The front office employee who checked us in was amazing. So personable. I can not remember her name but I do remember that our daughters share the same name. (Makayla) :)

Awesome and friendly staff. Easy to check in digitally, not a long wait considering the time of year. The practitioner was very knowledgeable. Not only did she treat the condition that I was there for, but she also made recommendations for possible underlying conditions that may need treatment from specialists. She was not pushy about it, just informative. She did a thorough exam and had medications submitted to the pharmacy within the hour. I have been here twice for situations where I could not wait for an appointment with my regular physician. First class!

I needed to have a quick determination made of whether I had scratched my eye removing my contact lense or I had an eye infection. Getting a same day appointment with my primary care physician was impossible, so I went to my local Quick Care Med facility. I had expected to wait at least an hour, but was very pleasantly surprised to be called back in about half that time. Every member of the staff was friendly helpful and efficient. A P.A. came in, took steps to diagnose my problem, and quickly determined I had scratched my eye. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy, and I was out the door one hour after I came in...the exact time I expected I would have to wait in the first place. Regular doctors' offices should be as efficient as Quick Care Med.

“Quick care” has now taken three hours. Most of our time has been spent not talking to anyone. Spent 2 hrs in the waiting room, mind you when we walked in we were the only ones here. It quickly filled up, and we were the last ones to be called from the waiting room. Now sitting in the room and got asked about 15 questions then nothing for another solid hour. If you need something quick, don’t come here!

I was sick while on vacation in Crystal River and found the Quick Care Med clinic. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. The experience was so much better than I have had at any other urgent care clinic. What a great surprise to find this while on vacation Special thanks to Haley (sorry if I am spelling this incorrectly) for her diligence in getting prescriptions submitted numerous times to a chaotic pharmacy, special thanks to APN Rosanna for her thorough evaluation , and special thanks to the health care professional (cannot remember her name) for her thorough initial screening.

All I needed was 4 stitches removed. I got there at noon and was told the next appointment was 2:45. Asked if they will hold the 2:45 appointment. Was sent a link for an online admission. By the time I drove home (10 minutes away) the link expired and said to call for a new appointment! Nothing quick about this place! Went elsewhere to get the stitches removed Would not recommend

All clinic staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Seen in a timely manner, clinic nice and clean. We are snowbirds and don’t have a primary doctor here so this is a great option for us. Would highly recommend.
