Was really surprised when they had a same day appointment available for my daughter. The receptionists were very welcoming and very helpful. The atmosphere was great and we had a very enjoyable visit. The medical assistant and nurse were super nice and sweet. Dr. Hernandez took her time with my daughters checkup and was very informative. Definitely recommend this place!

Today was my first time visiting. I was nervous but the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I entered through the front door! The doctor was very thorough in making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. One of the best doctors offices I have been to in a long time.

I brought my son here since after he got discharged from the NICU. And they are very welcoming and helpful to me since day 1. I could still remember that day how I felt lost, confused and depressed all at the same time being a new mom caring for a delicate preemie baby with no family or any support system. And the receptionists, nurses and even the doctor from this clinic comforted me and somehow made me feel better. Thank you Pediatrics and family care!

The best !! They treat my son like a prince. The facility is clean and fun for small children to feel more comfortable … they go above and beyond to ensure your child is well taken care for and that the parents feel at ease through anything! Highly recommend this practice and Dr Bumgarner !

Ive been going to this clinic with my kids for 2 years now and it’s amazing. We love everyone here and they’re so nice and easy to communicate with. I’ve never struggled to get an appointment with them and have been able to see a doctor asap whenever needed. I used to live in Kissimmee and moved to Ocala and still decided to go here because we love it. I definitely recommend coming here.
