I would be cautious, and read the lease very closely if you decide to rent from them. I called to get a copy of the lease to read through and they refused to send me a copy. I was told that they would only provide me a copy of the lease if I was going to rent an apartment. After explaining that I wouldn’t consider renting from them if I could not read the lease beforehand, she wished me the best of luck. It would appear that they don’t want you to actually read the lease. Hmmmm…wonder why?

This place has been great to live in, the apartments that have been re modeled have been so with care. They still offer non renovated town homes so there is that option to save money, so if you see a review that says they’re old its because they chose to save money and therefore can’t talk about the look. The trash issue was fixed over 2 years ago so besides the rare rule breaker you don’t see trash on the ground. Maintenance has always tried their best and definitely do a great job. The office staff are very friendly and fair which is all you can ask for. All in all great place to live

DO DO DO NOT NOT NOT rent these apartments. I can’t tell you how many issues we had with our place on top of the a/c going out 6 different times in the course of a year. It was miserable!! Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. You will be under a microscope and bothered for every little thing that you do, no privacy. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

My family and I just arrived here last week all the way from the UK! HA’lley guided us, over the course of several months, through the onboarding process. All the way through, HA’lley was professional, empathetic, supportive and no ask was too big. Our Townhouse has been renovated to a very high standard and although there were a couple of very small maintenance issues on move in day, the maintenance team were on site within 15 minutes of making them aware of our issues. The community seems really friendly and quiet, the play parks are well maintained and the gym area is spotless. Couldn’t have chosen a better home and community for starting our life in this incredible country. First class.

Amazing lease experience! Moved out of state and would’ve definitely resigned my lease!!! First and foremost, if you’re looking for space their townhomes have it! From an attached garage to a screened in patio! The environment and neighbors are so friendly and over all so quiet. Thank you to the leasing ladies Halley and Angela always being present and on top of everything.

As an apartment tenant, I find the soundproofing to be appalling it is very sad. It's like living in military barracks; it's expensive while getting the bare minimum, but once you move in, you will find a lot of stuff that is mess up. However, they do answer the phone and sometimes provide maintenance on time. If you have a patio by the road, good luck; it's never quiet. I feel like it should be 400 off for homemuch sound us people living by the road I can't even sit on my patio in peace. My neighbor Barley had her music on when I heard it through the door trust me you can find apartments better else where.

AMAZING LEASING EXPERIENCE!! I had my first tour back in April and immediately fell in love with the area, updated renovation newly built 2bd 2 bath apartment, and the staff. Ha’lly Hobbs is the best leasing agent I’ve ever had to experience. When I was interested in the apartment and encountered the application process, she was so helpful by answering my questions and guiding me through. From April to July, she stayed connected with me about the update on the building of the apartments and would make sure I was prepared for any paperwork that was going to be needed. On the day of our move in, she let us stay in her office to ask questions about the lease and even did an inspection on our apartment to make sure everything was working and to our liking. 11/10 experience and so happy that I’m now leased here and will most likely keep renewing.
