Everything was burnt black! Pretzels, hot dog bites and pretzel bites! The .an was very rude and tried to rush me to order. I went down to the pretzel twist place by the Starbucks! They had nicer people are nothing was burnt but fresh!

This location is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It’s so clean and the employees are so nice. They always appear to be having a great time at work, any time I pass by. The manager is so nice and so polite. I love visiting this location

what can you expect from a site run by children, a total disaster

Horrible service. Lack of organization and lack of communication. I placed my order at 5:07 pm and told it would be ready on 10mins. Its now 5:34pm and I'm now being told to wait another 10mins. This unreasonable and unacceptable. Let's see how much longer till I end up asking for a refund.

The mini hotdogs were good and the peach lemonade was delicious... I really wish they were all teamed up with cinnabon because I really wanted the pecan cinnamon roll

Employees was very polite and professional. I asked for my pretzel to be cooked to order it was a honor for them to do so. If you love pretzels and are in the area I recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place. The staff and management is absolutely great. Every time I go to get food or even drinks everyone is so welcoming and warm. I get the cinnamon pretzels and they always fresh and warm

The service was phenomenal. What I wanted to order was sold out at the time and instead of just being told we don’t have it like any other place normally would I was informed that if I didn’t mind waiting a minute or two a fresh batch was being prepared. I love stopping at Auntie Anne’s every trip I make to the mall. I always receive excellent customer service.

Pretzel bites were completely burnt. No butter and the cinnamon and sugar was over powering. Way too much. Disappointed for $6.

5 people standing around while we stand at the counter waiting to be served. They continue talking to each other, 3 of us continue waiting…minutes go by, no one comes to take our order…. Crazy…. We just walked away and went elsewhere.

I loved going to the mall for pretzels at the pretzel twister but now it’s gone and this is the only stand there. I remember not liking it as a kid and now I remember why. Just tried it again and the pretzels were all burnt and dry. 🤮
