Wonderful community and so glad we purchased a home here. Lots of amenities, great open and public spaces. The homes are modern, well designed and laid out. Centrally located to everything in a fantastic area.

We had a warranty request to fix broken and chipped tiles, they were working in our house for 3 days and besides covering all our furniture, countertops, baby items, floors etc in extreme construction dust and making mess nothing was done!! Besides that they spilled cement on the floor and now it’s stuck! They were also able to damage a few extra tiles!! These are the photos after "repairs"

This company is the worst. I brought me house a 1yr and 5 months ago. The inspector looked over our house but they would have not been able to find the structural issue by the window and it has damaged my wall and window even outside and they won't assist in fixing the issue this has been a problem with multiple home inside this area. I would not purchase through them.

The design so bad. Lainai near the A/C my neighbor. The noise is too loud and a dust alot. We cant enjoy our lainai. I do not know how the builder can design like that? Disappointed for paying 620k for the house.
