This Red Lobster location does not dissapoint. Our food was very good, the floors were squeaky clean, but our server (named Ayda) was incredible. She was very attentive and took time to listen to any questions we may have had. This Red Lobster is highly recommended.

I received message my online order is ready to pick up, then I arrive the store in 5 minutes. But when I arrive, they said it is not ready. Then I wait another 25 minutes, I saw there is a bag just leave at the table long time and nobody notice it. I asked them to check it, they said that is my order. When I go back hotel and ready to eat, all food is cold. BTW, they didn’t give me tableware, I have to eat all food by hand! Terrible experience.

Visited during the week that Red Lobster was offering endless shrimp, which was a nice bonus to find. Our party ordered a fairly wide range of things, including the lobster and crab legs — everything that we were served was well cooked, but the service was very slow considering how quiet the restaurant was. We also requested some extra biscuits for the table which never arrived. Overall we were really pleased with the experience though.

Delicious! This was my 1st time at this location and it was great. I wanted clam chowder soup and it always hits the spot, especially with their cheddar biscuits!! I ordered the pick 2 for dinner; garlic shrimp, 7oz sirloin along with a loaded baked potato. We saved room for dessert and ordered the brownie ice cream mousse, soooo good!! Our server Shantel was super friendly and she provided great service! We had a fantastic date night here I highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time with my family at this Red Lobster location. After a really bad experience at a different Red Lobster location we decided to give this restaurant chain another chance and we were pleasantly surprised. - Our dishes were delicious, fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef. - Staff was very nice and took the time to provide us with excellent service. - Lobster rank was full and they allowed my son to touch the biggest one they had. - Bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas were very clean. I enjoyed looking at all the decorative tiles in the mens bathroom which had many different sea creatures on them. Based on this experience, we will visit them again.

We got the Lobster dip which was very salty and we couldn't eat it. So returned it. We then order an Ultimate Feast and found a strand of hair in it (an eyelash as it was very small). We informed the server who changed that side of the food for us. No one came and spoke to us or apologized. The server informed us that she had let the manager know about our experience. But the Manager didn't bother to come and speak to us. Overall, the server tried her best, but the management should prioritize guests over office work.

4 stars because the manager didn’t come and see us. We had a 10% discount which we’ve used everywhere without issue. We were told it was a scam? Food was great though and Hans was great too.

Food was ok although one guests burger was undercooked and had to be remade. Drinks were routinely forgotten and had to be asked for refills. Waiter also forgot two add on salads which we just canceled. Disappointing for a Red Lobster.

Ohhh the Cheese Biscuits. They are just so good when they are hot and fresh. We got pretty standard fare with fish and chips. But, the friendly service makes up for so much.

I went with my family to the restaurant during our vacation and it went very well. Everything from beginning to end was perfect. The service was great, our food was delicious and came out very quick. The restaurant had very few people with is always a plus it was not over crowded and we were seated immediately.

Red lobster is one of our favorite restaurants. First time in this location, as soon as we enter the restaurant, no host to seat us. So we end up sitting at the bar. Order Salmon New orleans and my salmon were raw and wet in the middle. Service was good, though.

It was pretty busy when we went, but the food was served fresh and hot biscuits as usual were delicious and our server kept them coming.

Food was excellent and fresh. The various types of prawns were good. The screens on each table are great for having a family quiz while waiting for your meal to arrive.

Compared to London prices, the value of the deal I got was very good however I could not finish it all as it was a huge amount of food. The service was very good. The cheesy biscuits were to die for. A downside is I left an airpods case and when I called to see if they had been handed in the person on the phone insisted he hadn’t seen anything. I knew they were still there as the location was showing up on find my iPhone. I asked him to ask the server at our table and he put me on hold and notified me that they were there so I went to collect them.

Great food. The seafood and the sides were amazing. The brownie super good. The service can be improved.

I couldn't fault this restaurant in any way. My wife and I polished off everything I had lobster Bisque and the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo Eileen had the best-baked potato she had ever tasted. The server was polite and efficient we were even offered a box for the two remaining complementary biscuits great meal.

Fantastic experience from in the door to out the door. Friendly staff and Faith, thank you for your excellent customer service and smile. They must have hired the best cook because it was one of the most delivious meals I've had at a Red Lobster. And to think I was trying to avoid this dining option but was voted out. I'm so happy that I went.

Staff was super friendly and attentive! The food was perfect. Had a really good dining experience. I did surf and turf with a nicely cooked filet. Everything came out just right. The waitress did a great job. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Great job!

Food was really good. The service was okay. Little slow even when the restaurant was empty. We sat closed to the kitchen and noticed the manager was handling food without gloves. 8/28/2021 Service was amazing! Food was delicious! We had an amazing time !

Aby was a great server and even did the special ceaser salad server poor, dinner is still not done but I'm impressed with the way she poored the dressing. If things go horribly wrong I will update with a 3 star review but so far so good.

This restaurant reconciled my feelings with Red Lobster. A very professional waitress and an excellent good make up a great night dinner.

I ordered the soy salmon bowl and it was soo good. Despite a very busy crowd, our host was able to seat us in about 15-20 minutes. They were honest and realistic about their wait time which I respect and prefer. The food was delicious our waitress made sure we had our biscuits. I dropped my mask on the floor and they kindly gave me another one. Overall, their service is definitely a 5-star. The quality in their food has definitely gone up and so has the service.
