This store has fell completely off i live close by this one and loved coming to this store the staff was always friendly and clean and professional, but now the staff is rude they rather not help you the machines for self check out is always broke, i went in today may 7th at 15:43 hours and the lady on the register closest to the phone chargers had a real bad attitude. Will it kill you to say thank you or your welcome. Your better off running out of gas and walking before going here. Racetrac get it together

It’s 6 pm and I’m Tryna grab some honey woods but this “24 hr” gas station closed up for the night🤷‍♂️

The manager was so rude did not want to redeem refills coupons for soda. I wish I can post her picture so you will be aware of her customer service. And she is the manager?!!!

Service at its best. It's not even about the gas. The food are amazing and the best coffee for that early morning.

I stopped here to fill up my car and pick up a drink and snacks. The pump area was clean. Inside the store and bathroom was clean as well.

You need to teach your counter people customer experience skills. Both the guy and the girl not happy at all, no welcome no thank you. Didn’t make me feel welcome at all. With all the competition out there you guy’s better step up your game. If you need an experienced trainer in customer experience and retention let me know.

It was closed without any communication out front… Tried getting gas and a few things from inside and the doors were locked which I found unusual, I could see an employee so I knocked & I assumed she didn’t hear it. I google searched you guys and turns out you’re open 24hrs so I tried the door a third time and she then signal with her hand that it was closed, so the first two attempts she did hear me and just decided to ignore me. At least put a sign or something indicating you’re closed. Note this happened at around 4:40am

This is the worst race track ever the night manager Samson will not do his job to save his life but he will come in on his off day to bring a employee some treats I come there every day to get peanuts in the morning and they will be no peanuts ready at all and that is the best selling product there he tells me that the truck didn't come in but it is two cans down there already he never does his job and I think race track need to discipline that guy I will complain until something is done about him

Good coffee, good quick pizza, the breakfast items are not good. For good quick breakfast items I prefer Wawa, the breakfast items are leaps and bounds better than Racetrack. The eggs here at times taste soggy, the croissants are not toasted, in general the breakfast food isn't better than microwave food.

Huge gas station with an adequate number of pumps. Also, a wide and good selection of snacks and the usual gas station products in the store. My peeve is that 🙄 I can never ever get a receipt at the pump and must walk into the store and join the long line to get my gas purchase receipt. Do better to cope with your huge traffic 😤.

I was just in the gas station, the wonderful girl at the counter was very kind apart from my attitude due to family concerns. I didn’t catch her name, but she was kind in a tough circumstance with a tough customer. To her: I appreciate you, I’m sorry I was curt. To Racetrack: keep her, she’s a good one. Thank you, again a

We stopped in at 10pm on a Friday night while passing through the area. The bathrooms were immaculate! Everything was very cleaned and stocked, and even smelled good. My hubby also washed the windshield and the squeegee buckets at the pumps were super clean and full. Shockingly good experience at a gas station.

I went to buy some pizzas and the truth is that they are very good and cheap!

It is the nicest looking RaceTrace I had ever been to. The bathroom is clean, and recommended to stop by.

The regular gas price was much higher here than the 7-Eleven across the street. Plus they charge for air for your Tires when at wawa gas station near by air is free.

Clean & easy access gas station. My Grandson wanted some Lays Potato chips & they were right @ the front door 👍. He was very happy.

over the last few month customer serivce has gotten worse and it didn't use to be that way. The lines have gotten longer and half the fuel pumps only work half the time.

The store and everything is fine. But I got off from work from a near by company and stopped by here to buy some beer. IT WAS 2:01 A.M....and the associate wouldn't sell to me...I understand rules, but 1 minute....SERIOUSLY!!!! It wouldn't have been a minute if he'd moved a little quicker with the customer ahead of me...RIDICULOUS!!!

Nice clean and friendly staff... like any other Racetrac they offer alot the usual convenient store stuff. Icecream bar is kind of cool.. love the coffee variety. Food is ok, they do prepare most of it on site.. So for a gas station conviniant store, these are usually pretty good places for a break and stuff. Bathrooms were clean.
