We Decided to try to get ourselves back into shape and found this amazing place called Hotworx! We are joining the burn off movement as they like to call it! From the first day and registering to our second workout today the staff and atmosphere is amazing! It is a 24 hour infrared fitness studio - more workout, less time with 3D training combing 1. Heat 2. Infrared energy and 3. Exercise. It’s a pretty “hot” combination allowing you to use the facility through a 24 hour period so if your time is valuable there is a time slot for you. With virtual instructors guiding your every step it makes for a unique workout setting. The place has multiple saunas for you to heat up your workout. The facility is clean and friendly, the pricing is affordable and packed with value, they have everything you could want from Hot ISO to Hot Band and Hot Cycle and everything in between like Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga you can find your workout groove! They are open 24 hours! Great facility with several sauna rooms of virtual instruction! The Thunder Row is such a great workout and helps you gain core strength! There are free weights and showers in the back. I am excited to use my new grip gloves, and the heat cream totally helps you sweat more !!

I tried a free trial class and I absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The workout actually feels relaxing and the heat helps with joint pain.

So happy I have found this place! I haven’t felt this good working out in a long time. The heat feels amazing and just right during the 15-45 min workouts. Can’t wait to join and make this apart of my weekly schedule

We were already excited about joining HotWorx, but Eric was the absolute deciding factor! His knowledge, enthusiasm, and openness cannot be beat! While touring us, he greeted every single member by name and with a smile! Gyms can be so impersonal and staunchy but my wife and I felt so welcomed from the second we walked in the door! We did the hot yoga class and it was phenomal! I love that the instructor explains what parts of the body the positions worked. The three modifications are super helpful and easy to follow! 24 hour access is what sold me! Signing up at this location was a no brainer!!

Amazing first experience, the location is clean and organized. Eric has such an amazing energy, made my mom and I feel at home. This will be our new second home!

He is so friendly and greeted everyone by name! The environment here is welcoming, encouraging, and encouraging! way different that your regular gym! I was drawn to this new style fitness due to I get the work out in less time & all 10 mind and body benefits I receive. I could not believe the feelings my mind/body felt after my 1st 30 min Hot Core try out class. I used to get tired & shoulder/knee pain after other fitness but after infrared fitness, my mind/body felt much lighter and clearer, no physical pain. I fell asleep easily at night and woke up great next day feeling energized. My shoulder pain was gone!!! I love the studio is very clean and organized and the location with amazing restaurants around. Patricia and Eric were super friendly, nice & helpful!!! Eric did an amazing job with the tour and was so patient with me on the sign up process and answered all my questions. I AM so excited to start my Hotworx journey!!! It was a perfect birthday self care gift for myself!!! Thank you!!!

Nice place to burn calories, the app could be better. Dont forget to schedule your time on app before go. When I signed up the girl “forgot” to say there is a 3 month commitment obligation.

Favorite HOTWORX! Facility in great location. Always clean and organized. All people I have met who staff this location are very friendly and helpful. Favorite workouts are Hot Cycle, Hot Blast and Hot Barre None. Love sweating in the infrared saunas. It is so good for you. Give it a try.

I tried out Hotworx today and I was hooked! Patricia & Eric were so informative and professional. The facility is super clean, well maintained and welcoming. The trial class I took was awesome and I loved the instruction! I knew halfway through the class that I wanted to sign up and I can't wait to go back and try out all the classes.

I feel an off energy in this location and lake Nona. The energy doesn’t feel as safe as the other locations. Feels um sales like instead of a great place to feel at home. I have only been to one other state, same intensity which I assume, is owner driven of course, flows through the employees. Doesn’t feel good in there although most locations are fairly similar the energy is not.

I have been consistently going to HOTWORX in Winter Garden and enjoy the variety of dry sauna workouts for the past year. I am exhausted at the end of each workout but recover very quickly. More important the staff is very helpful and go the extra mile, scheduling and using all relevant apps. I highly recommend this type of workout and this location.

I’ve never been to one of these before, so I don’t have a true reference point other than my personal experience. We worked out here this morning and my first impression is that the facility is very well-maintained and accomplishes the goal similar to its name. HOTWORX. Today we took the hot yoga class which was roughly 45 minutes. My only issue is that I am a tall guy at 6’1” and they were times when doing certain poses that I would hit the walls of the sauna. Other than that the facility seemed uncrowded, and the overall vibe was positive.

This studio is life changing! Not only can you get an amazing can you get an amazing comprehensive, virtually let work out, but you are immersed in your very own infrared, sauna studio! It’s super easy to schedule your own workouts and come and go as you please… There are also showers, towels and toiletries provided which is a huge plus!! Workouts range from hot cycle, hot yoga, hot bar, hot Pilates, and many more! Do yourself a favor and try your first workout for free! Eric is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and kind.

Great addition to my gym membership! I was hooked after one day. The workouts in the sauna are very challenging. I’m dripping sweat but feel so good afterwards. If you are on the fence definitely give it a shot. I also love that you can go any time of the day!

Great place to work out. Friendly and helpful staff. There is nothing like the feeling of working out in an infrared sauna. The heat is addictive and makes you feel better. I have never been a person who wants to go to the gym but HotWorx has changed that. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place!! So happy to have a new type of workout & gym like this! Such a different experience working out inside an infrared sauna. It's amazing I am able to burn so many more calories because of the sauna . It's very relaxing as well and I feel so relaxed and in such a good mood when I finish. Jared and Eric are always very nice and helpful as well. Great customer service and such a clean & pleasant place. If you haven't tried a workout here yet I would definitely try it out.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
