In order to return to working abroad (Japan), I needed the Any Lab Test Now staff to fill out a form about my results. They actually looked it up themselves, signed it thoroughly upon completion, and scanned it as well so I could have a digital copy. From the moment I booked my appointment over the phone to leaving the clinic itself, I was treated with kindness, consideration, and, most importantly, efficiency. I was extremely stressed as another clinic had taken 85 hours (after the promised 24 to 48 hours) to process my PCR test results so the staff’s professionalism and caring was extremely appreciated. The customer service of this place is remarkable and if by the time winter 2022 rolls around and I have to visit them for a nasopharyngeal sample, I know exactly who to turn to for quality and results in Southwest Florida.

Any Lab Test Now is a class outfit. We are 4 guests to Florida en route to Chile, which is demanding negative PCR results prior to entry. Our tests were handled in a friendly and efficient manner and our results came through more swiftly than expected. I wish I could award ten stars to the organization. There was scheduling glitch (at my end) combined with a PCR no longer required for my destination that I’d paid in advance. This story could have ended in a very expensive way for me. Instead, staff member Linda immediately contacted corporate headquarters and pled my case. Linda is a rock star. The organization could have behaved in the manner of today’s corporate world and said I was out of luck. However, they recognized our world is changing daily. They (and Linda) treated me like a person and gave me a full refund (several hundred dollars). If you need any kind of testing, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, professional, and understanding. Thank you Linda and Any Lab!

Centrally located. Clean enviroment. Staff is clean in appearance, answers questions, polite and courteous, knowledgable. The young lady Tiffany upon my initial call was helpful, explained the procedure and the process, her telephone demeanor was intrumental in us us using the Any lab test now facility. The in person testing was smooth,. Kudos to the management for having a top notch staff..

Paul, Linda and all the rest of employees were all so nice when I walked in. Paul did the absolute best taking blood, I swear I didn't even feel a pinch or anything! They kept conversation with me and made it a very good experience❤️

Lee was great! I had to get my blood drawn and I always get nervous because once I did pass out after getting blood work done .. She was so sweet and gentle and made me feel comfortable

This place is amazing! I needed labs done for health purposes and not only did they give me a non insurance discount, but the staff is so nice! Making the appointment was very easy. The phlebotomists are pros and you’ll feel nothing at all except happy that it was done so quickly! Get your labs done here!

I cannot thank everyone at Any Lab Test Now for their help and assistance with a very last minute research project I had to do. They worked with me for multiple appointments for multiple people and they still fit in walk-ins without a glitch. I would recommend them for any drawing services. Also, without insurance and cash pay, they are extremely affordable.

I would say come here for any blood draws, the two lady’s were super sweet and more. They both made our time enjoyable and put a big smile on my face. We finished in like 10 min and stayed talking for longer just because they were so amazing! Thank you to both of them that were there today. 10/11/23

Believe the reviews! They are way better than quest diagnostic in my opinion. Glad there is competition. Drove out of my way and payed out of pocket to go here. Money well spent.

Within minutes of walking into this lab I could tell it was the best run lab that I’ve been to in SWFL. The receptionist was intentional with her every move asking all the right questions making sure everything went smooth with my lab results. She took it upon herself to call the 3rd party lab to make sure my labs would be processed within my timeline with the upcoming bank holiday weekend. I will gladly drive past 5-10 other labs to use this one again in the future.

Thank Goodness for these People!!! I am so fed up with Quest and Labcorp, with their hour long waits and bad attitudes. These folks are a bit of a drive for me, but I was in and out in minutes and the were kind and accommodating. Highly Recommend!!

Wow what a wonderful establishment! My partner and I were in a pinch when we realized we would need to take a PCR Covid test before our International flight the very next day. Luckily enough, we found "Any Lab Test Now" due to my partner's swift Google skills. I called their office and was greeted by a friendly voice. They were able to get us scheduled and tested the same day- and relieved all our worries about getting our tests done in time. I will be keeping this place in mind in case I ever need another lab test done. I would specifically like to shoutout Tiffany at the front desk for being so nice, professional, and explaining everything thoroughly. I would also like to shoutout Leigh and Linda for their gentleness while administering our tests. Thanks a bunch!

Today was an emotional roller coaster for me and I was told last minute to get blood work and THANK GOD I found this place..they were soo nice and it was super fast!!! ♥️ They even let me vent about what had happened…I am amazed at how ni e professional and fast it was 🥰🙌🏽 THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH for dealing with an emotional pregnant woman lol 😂

Tiffany is very professional and extremely efficient. She was able to call my doctor's office and get my lab orders sent over very quickly. She also processed my order thru my insurance company. The lab tech is excellent at her job as I barely felt her place the needle in my arm for the blood draw. Both very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office located on Summerlin to everyone.

Went in for same-day PCR test for a flight to London. Was helped right when I walked in, signed a consent form, and immediately went back with a nurse to do the test. She quickly swabbed each nostril and I was out of there. Received my results by email within 4 hours. Wasn’t in the facility more than 5 minutes.

The service was excellent!,. Friendly and very efficient staff. And above all, he was very professional at the time of the extraction, since I did not have any discomfort. I recommend it 100%
