Not
a
bad
place
to
live
if
you
dont
have
kids
or
grandkids
visit
often...if
you
do,
be
careful!
(Absolutely
no
kids
at
pool
unless
its
between
2
and
4pm)
Many
complain
if
a
child
is
outdoors
playing
or
wants
to
go
for
a
walk
or
bike
ride
with
their
grandma.
Ridiculous
when
my
grandkids
visit
me.
:(
And
the
pool
and
hottub
are
ALWAYS
FULL
of
drunks.
Not
much
privacy
anywhere...
We
have
neighbors
that
are
wonderful!
However,
3
have
moved
due
to
the
park
going
down
hill
fast.
We
try
to
plant
grass
seed
and
are
told
we
cant
water
it
only
every
Sunday
for
no
more
than
an
hour.
I
have
plants
as
well
and
have
a
difficult
time
keeping
them
without
water
in
the
summer.
We
are
trying
to
remodel
and
make
the
place
nice
inside
and
out-
but
are
told
we
cant
leave
our
building
supplies
(tiles,
paint,
trim...)
and
things
in
the
car
port-
we
bought
a
very
nice
screen/tarp
to
go
around
the
carport
and
were
told
to
take
it
down.
It
is
taking
us
much
longer
because
we
have
to
work
and
then
when
we
try
to
remodel-
we
need
to
alot
time
to
go
to
storage
and
get
the
supplies
and
tools
plus
return
them
at
the
end
of
the
day.The
trash
is
often
not
picked
up
and
we
can
go
over
a
week
without
a
pick
up.
The
yard
maintenance
has
gone
2
months
without
anything
done.
The
water
has
been
shut
off
and
boil
notices
for
5
days
(but
not
warned)
a
few
times
in
the
past
6
months.
The
pool
lights
have
been
broken
for
weeks
and
then
a
sign
up
saying
it
will
close
early
until
fixed.
There
is
just
so
much
drama
and
stress
for
elderly
wanting
to
retire
stress
free.
