Horrible! Not a true urgent care, no walk-in service, “reserved” slots are 4-5 hours wait or return. The front desk staff were rude and shared no empathy or recommendations Follow up: Carbon Health in Marlton, excellent service and a true urgent care. Staff were amazing and wait time was minimal.

My overall visit was very enjoyable for a doctors visit. Having an appointment, I was in and out within 40 mins. The front desk staff were wonderful. The medical assistant and Dr. Buck were great as well and listened to my concerns. Will absolutely return here if I need an urgent care in the future.

Update: went last week with my oldest right after work they were amazing from help on the phone to when I got there I need to recognize three amazing ladies that stood out to me that day and they are Elaina Corinna Crystal! Made sure we were seen so fast helped me with a short cut to come in and sign in which helped majorly since my oldest had work. The nurse and doctor above were incredible and the lady was the receptionist so funny so pleasant. Love this place! Nurse Sheronne and Doc Debra were amazing with my five year old daughter. First time she was able to be swabbed with out flipping or crying. They were fast clean loved the whole experience! truly loved her nurse and doctor that day glad I went there instead of her actual doctor and I don’t mean that to be in a bad way for her other doctor but lt was that pleasant. They even called me with results when I never get usually called back by other facilities

The staff was so caring and helpful. The care was outstanding by Christine Brown and Elaine was very helpful and caring. I give the Virtua Urgent Care at Medford a 10+ to the entire staff there. If you are in need of urgent care I highly recommend going to the Medford location

the staff is always so friendly and work so hard here. I had an appointment time of 11:10 and was taken back at 10:40! they are amazing here. highly recommend if you’re in seek of quick, friendly care. also, very clean facility.

Received the absolute best service here, I came in around closing time with an emergency and they worked a miracle for me with my cauliflower ear. Can't say enough good things about Karina Dejulius and Crystal Roman, who cared for me and the staff for welcoming me and making me feel at home even though it was at closing time. Very professional and I'm so thankful to have them take care of me. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

I received excellent care from Rose Spang, NP, Kaitlin/Keeya,MA,$, Kim and Carri, Radiologist Techs. Got special care from all. Kind, quick service and professional assistance. Give them bonus. They all deserve one. Tom Mains, patient.

Save your time and $$ DO NOT go to this urgent care. Zero time Management and no experienced doctors. Not only did I have to go back an hour and a half later, I also waited 2 hours in the waiting room for all common tests to be negative when I KNEW I needed antibiotics for a tonsil infection and they refused to prescribe them to me. They just did pain meds and sent me on my way. 2 days later I had to rush to a different urgent care and I now how 4 infections - ear, sinus, throat and tonsils because it spread rapidly no thanks to the poor help I got from the doctors at virtua urgent care in Medford. Sometimes people know their own bodies if they have gone through something similar before so try listening to your patients for once. Seems like all new inexperienced doctors just guessing what people have.

Everyone here was so nice. Crystal is terrific at the reception desk and Nurse Mallory is very caring. You’re in extremely good hands here.

Insufficient care. The nurse practitioner complained she had to work all weekend. I had a Telehealth call the next day and I was given antibiotics. I will drive to Marlton in the future.

I was there in person after calling upfront and making an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient, professional, and helpful the staff was. I also highly recommend Dr. Elyse Morel who treated me with much care and attention, explaining all I needed to know, answering all my questions, filling my prescription and paperwork. Throughout they all treated me like I matter and that’s priceless when you are feeling sick.

The front desk refused to let me see a doctor, and refused to provide service for a very simple request. They said "we don't give out antibiotics" when **just last week** they gave antibiotics to my wife who had a similar illness. I have been a professional vocalist for more than three decades. In that time I have required antibiotics to heal from a serious head/chest infection only five or six times total. If something gets through my immune system, it's serious. The fact that they gave them to my wife but would not even let me see a doctor to get them for myself is a grotesque abuse of the ridiculous power they hold over the public. It is just one more example of a corrupt industry full of incompetent, inconsistent, arbitrary idiots sitting behind a front desk choosing who gets well and who continues to suffer illness.

As soon we walked Crystal with a warm smile and a courteous service, she recommended us next door were I just walked in to get information about a primary physician for wife and I. And little to my surprise I received resource after resource of all the questions I had. Both Nathifa Joseph and Ashley Otereo are the epitome of customer and patient service.

I recommend this urgent care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The care my family receive is great. They take time checking the patient out. Best urgent care for my family needs.
