Our hosts were kindhearted. The room was supremely comfortable. The accommodations were immaculate. The food was top-notch. If this was a Yelp review, one might assume I was talking about a recent stay at an upscale resort. But, no — it was your home! Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful stay when we needed it.

Superb Zostel with great facilities and amazing views. The location is off road (you would need to trek half a km to reach the property) but once you reach the property its absolutely amazing. The magnificent views are coz of the off road location of the Property. The staff is very warm and helpful. They go out of your way to ensure your stay is comfortable. If your purpose is to chill at the property, go for some treks, soak in amazing views, etc then this is the place you are looking for!

Pros - Property is big and spacious. Rooms are same as shown in pictures. Cute setting corners outside areas. View is good. Now the main cons is roads. Not only zostel off road but due to landslide all 5 km road conditions is bad & scary & it would difficult to drive your cars. Might be sorted out in some time but it would take time as this location is isolated. Food is ok and prices are reasonable. Property is good for couples, singles, office crowd and I would not recommend for big families as the crowd staying here having alcohol & smoke all time.

It was one of the most amazing properties that I have ever seen! So many unique places to sit that let's you enjoy nature from every angle. The food, the ambience and most importantly the staff! Kudos and thank you to everyone who made our stay better♥️♥️ There was a water stream nearby, a trampoline, swimming pool, cabanas, indoor games, and so much more. Loved it!!! 100/10. Definitely visit.

Our recent stay at the property was disappointing. The lack of maintenance was evident, with poor hospitality and unclean facilities. Additionally, the remote location meant limited dining options and expensive food within a 5km radius. The connectivity was virtually non-existent, requiring expensive private cabs for transportation at a price of Rs 1,500 one-way, with no alternatives. The property lacked the lively hostel atmosphere and suffered from inadequate internet connectivity. The pool was unusable due to poor maintenance and unclean water, and there were no options for evening strolls outside the property.

Their manager Niteshji is a very nice person who understands the situation of the travellers & helps them in every possible way. Though the place is quite offbeat & you don't get any public transport up till there so better to keep that in mind. And my other suggestion to fellow travellers is don't book from third-party apps like Agoda just for some discount because their customer service is pathetic. So it's better to book from the official Zostel website or application. Wish you guys happy traveling.

We accidentally booked this property instead of the Zostel in Dharamshala that we actually wanted. We thought we would be closer to the city, but it turned out the property was a two-hour cab ride away. Thankfully, the manager at the property helped us get there conveniently. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the property. It had many beautiful sitting areas, amazing views, a common area, and a restaurant. The best part was its proximity to a waterfall. Our room was nice, and the balcony had an incredible view.

Location of property is really amazing and mesmerising. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms could be more clean. Food is tasty and not overpriced

The staff is also very welcoming, genuine and maintain good hospitality. They are also very helpful with any questions & help out with even travel needs to & fro. We would definitely like to visit again

This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with beautiful rooms & specially the view from my room was amazing. The receptionist Mr Nitesh was extremely helpful and welcoming. he went out of his way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. On top of all first class hotel receptionist, Mr Nitesh. he made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to him. I think he deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The breakfast was good as well and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff. Thanks❤️

The place is lovely and looks like some resort in the middle of Dhauladhar ranges. The single capsules are not quite clean and there were some insects due to which I had to sleep in a dorm. The manager of club is a rude guy and doesn't talk properly with customers and that's the reason for not giving 5 stars to this place but the property manager Mukesh is good and understanding person.
