My experience with this shop is forgettable. I got a Rayban frameless spectacle with crizal lens, the lens was fitted improperly and that resulted in the specs getting crooked while placing it. When I told the owner about it while taking the delivery he said it was all in my head and the specs were perfect. After wearing it for few days many people told me about the glasses not sitting straight on the face when I again visited them they kept the specs for few days and then called me, I was utterly shocked when those specs were again given to me as there was literally no change and when I complained about it they manually bend it from few places and returned it to me saying that it was fine now. I was left with no other option but to use it, but every other day some person would point at the fact that the specs weren’t straight. When I went to some other shop to see if this fault could be mended he told me that the fittings were done improperly and now changing the frames was the only option left. I had to change the lens at last despite my crizal lenses being brand new, I was utterly disappointed by their behavior and conduct. Buyers please beware, I just hope that no one goes through the rigmarole that I underwent.
