Do you all know why private hospital and clinics are running good? Because of government doctors!!! Yes, the way they behave with their patient are pathetic. They seriously need training on basic speaking etiquette. Be a female or male all of them are rude and this is actually experienced by me. I did logged the complaint in government portal however nothing happen. The government doctors just want that no patient visit the hospital however they account must credit with handsome amount on monthly basis. One of the doctor gave an incorrect medicine to my 3 old kid and he got hospitalized for a week after that. And seriously you can't do anything. The below poverty line people has no choise and I'm just wondering how many murdered they have committed so far. For educated people, plz don't visit this place as you will surely regret.

The hospital has an excellent staff , Departments and facilities This hospital is situated very close to Bus Terminal Dharamshala . It is a government hospital, Government Pharmacy is also there . One star for overall infrastructure and ambulance service. One star for overall cleanliness. One star for staff , department and their behaviour. One star for Pharmacy ( Government and Private in and nearby hospital ) , blood bank in the hospital , Laboratory tests etc . One star for Parking , Elevator etc. Total of 5 starts out of five. In case of very latest facilities it still lacks .

Very good hospital & doctors are very experienced. Ground staff is also cooperative. Neat and clean hospital.

Very good hospital. Here is good medical staff, treat with patients very good. I went there midnight last day with my family member for treatment. Emergency staff attend us very careful. And treat my family member very good. Thanks a lot night duty Doctor madam and nursing staff. I compare this hospital with my chittorgarh district hospital, this hospital is very very good. I giving rating out of five this hospital for its cleaning, staff behaviour and other catagory..

Overall very good. But you have to keep patience for your turn. Relative of hospital staff come and serve first that is annoying sometime. Doctor attend patient very well. Online registration available. Lab test is free. Preference is given to senior citizens and physically abled person.

Gynae section is pathetic.... Dr. Pankaj is the only one there who is humble and polite others are annoying....they r even afraid of checking the reports on phone ..... # digitally ill people..

Never been to a hospital where the doctors and nurses are so impolite.They have all the time in the world to gossip and play reels on their phones while leaving the patients unattended and especially in the emergency room.They treat the patients so rudely and sometimes even refuse to give medications.Such bad experience

Popped in here quickly for some help. I had a wound on my finger which got infected and I was unable to properly drain the pus out myself despite repeated attempts. The staff here were kind enough to help me out. It took all of 5 mins, and this being a govt hospital, it was naturally free of charge.
