Very clean. Very safe. Nice restaurant with very good food. Prices are a little high even for someone used the traveling for work to metropolitan areas. I guess you're paying for the dozen armed guards out front and back. Room was exactly as expected. I would have given them 5 stars if there was coffee in the room.

I’ve frequented Haiti quite often in the last two years, but I’ve never actually stayed in Port au Prince considering all that’s been transpiring. Nonetheless, for convenience, during my time in Haiti I opted to stay at the Marriott Hotel. I must say, that I am glad that I did. My stay was excellent. Nothing short of the services that I’m accustomed to as a New Yorker; as well as being a Front Office Manager for a Hilton property. Hospitality means everything to me as an avid traveler, and employee in the industry. There are certain things that I look for when staying at any property. :-) Raynold, checked me in and was an absolute delight from the inception of my stay to the time of my departure. He was efficient, friendly and very professional. Other staff on duty, were also helpful and hospitable. The bellman who assisted with my luggage was pleasant during my stay as well. The hotel is clean, modernized/contemporary and I can certainly appreciate the sanitizing stations all throughout the hotel. (Even the hand washing station at the entrance of the hotel was perfect). The food is a bit overpriced for my taste. But overall decent. There’s a deli mart adjacent to the hotel which was perfect! The next time I have to stay in Port-au-prince I will most definitely be staying at this location.!!!! This property definitely lives up to its stars.

The service in term of comparison to other hotels in upscale Petion-Ville was outstanding. Salonne at the FD was able to accommodate me with an early check in, while another FD agent had said there was no room available. Jean Max and Franck the servers went out of their way to help me with a request.

Security Guard for the hotel should not replace or takes away from the customer service from a professional concierge service all customers are entitled to. I was verbally assaulted by a security Guard while checking in. The guard misrepresent himself by identifying as the supervisor when I asked for the presence supervisor. he was very belligerent toward me and suggested that I couldn't fight him. A security guard job is to provide outstanding security detail, not being aggressive toward any customer which makes the hotel runs. The room was not properly ready. there was no towel in the bathroom which had me being late for a meeting because they take so much time to bring a towel after I had to go downstairs to ask for one when I previously call to get one. It took 35 minutes for me to get 2 towels. there were no wash cloth or anything for the wet and cold floor. The attendant simply reply that they were being washed. The hot shower takes an incredible long time to start warming up. it should not be that way for the price charged. I really had a bad experience except from the checking desk who provided outstanding customer service. I think that the hotel is mismanaged and that trained and qualified personnel are not at their right position. A security guard can never be a concierge and vice-versa. This Hotel isn't providing a 4.5 Star service and should be reviewed.

Great service. Nicely updated hotel, GREAT security. The service really is impeccable. The young lady who checked me in (I'm kicking myself because I can't remember her name) her service, her English, her helpfulness, suggestions, advice and even her smile made her easily one of my best experiences in Haiti! I really enjoyed the Haitian Groti at the restaurant and honestly the only negative thing I have is the shower head... I'm not sure if it was just my room (614) but in such a nice hotel the shower head reminded me of something I would see in a 1 star hotel or worse. You guys can do better than that. Otherwise. Great experience!

Looks like a beach resort in the middle of the city (they dont have a beach but the pool is crystal clear. Beautiful place, calm, clean, comfortable. They also have a pool table. I need to try more of their cocktails.

First time visiting Haiti and this hotel made my experience so memorable. Spent a lot of time at the bar and restaurant and though it is quite pricey, the customer service is great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern looking bathroom. Everything seems up to date. This place is definitely on my list for places to return to !

Convenient and central downtown Haiti. Supermarket and street market just across the street.

0/10, servers don’t respect the clients they walk out on you talking, they take so long with the orders, some of the male servers are creeps. L’acceuil n’est pas top également
