This is my second time staying at Royal Oasis and the service has remained great. Thank you to all of the hotel employees for the wonderful service. Special thank you to Auguste Bellman, the housekeepers, and to the front desk man, Franz. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Haiti.

Overall, the rooms are spacious, clean, nice cold temperature, hot water showers which is a pleasure to find here in the city. Family and friends can enjoy the pool and the restaurants on the property. Pros: The beds are very comfortable and La Ville Restaurant at the hotel is absolutely delicious, has authentic Haitian food as well. The portion size at the La Ville restaurant is great, the food is fresh and tasty and the the service is warm. The pool is very spacious for guests and family. The bar service next to the pool is great. Music is played by the pool on some days during the week. Cons: We were given a room with a broken closet and a loose faucet. The hallways, elevator and lobby of Royal Oasis hotel are warm. Management needs to program the air conditioner to a comfortable cool temperature in the hallways. Also, to offer guests a more memorable experience: management play music at the pool all days of the week so guests want to come back.

I met the love of my life, in this beautiful country. He is a photographer, and he did some work for this gentleman name Francky, my fiance at that time told him he was looking for a place to stay and get married. He automatically told him about this great hotel he works for, and he gave us the information and kept In contact with us, and I am so happy that he did. This place is amazing. The Ambiance is so nice, there's plenty of security, the restaurants, the food, everything is so great. The people are well-educated, super nice, and very pleasant. Every time I come to visit my Motherland, I will be staying here.

A pretty cool place to be for vacation.

This hotel experience was a bit lack luster to me. The exterior of the hotel is really beautiful. Security is top notch. The room was not what I expected at all. The air conditioner worked that's nice. The refrigerator never got cool. I had to walk a good distance to get to the restaurant and ask for ice for my room. The ice canister was provided by the restaurant which I found odd. One drinking cup was provided in the room and left on the bathroom sink counter of all places. Bathroom was hot. The air didn't circulate in there at all but the water only gets luke warm. Water pressure is not the best here either. I decided against taking a picture of the hole in the ceiling in the shower, which doesn't actually close so water drips everywhere. There was one bath rug and one towel in the room booked for two people😒 Needless to say I won't be back

Two years ago or So, some staff were rude but management handled quickly. The transportation from the airport was horrible. The driver was great but the vehicle door slang open and would not latch the entire way. The breakfast was ok. Lots of fresh fruits, but not that impressive. Presentation and attention to detail was minimal. Still descent sheets and bedding was ok. Towels were not dull or harsh to skin. Lack of care for the property. They do not give the restrooms by the swimming pool any attention I had to call some staff to it. Section of boutiques on the property. It does have some nice views.. The above review is from a year ago this year's review starts below February 2023 So far so good standards are a little bit better hot water is actually efficient. You're greeted in the lobby with a fruit punch that's nicely presented. Room service is available Wi-Fi in the rooms are decent You can add them to your phone to keep up emails. Housekeeping is pretty regular ironing boards and irons are provided per request. Extra bottled water provided per request. Fixtures in bathroom are loose. Handle to faucets need to be tighten. The breakfast is up to par. Great soup options the Chinese restaurant next door is pretty delicious as well ask for the spicy sauce.. tried the egg rolls, fried rice, noodles. The bathroom outside by the swimming pool was well maintained. The limonade and the watermelon juice was fresh and very tasty. They have great expresso and coffees You can order at the bar outside or in the patio areas. The small gift shop on site was pretty inexpensive in their drinks are cheaper in there soft drinks and things and the prestige beer. The flower shop has some great options as far as for gifts. There is a local lady by the pool that offers reflexology foot massages for a small fee. (500 hgd) that's less than $5 us and she is pretty good. You can go to Harry's next door the restaurant in the shopping center and they have kibby and acras. The patisserie down the street has wonderful cakes and treats and they deliver to the hotel.

My husband and I just had the most disappointed experience at ROH. Somebody stole the front shell of our Suzuki Grand Vitara last night as we stay there. When we call security, one of the guard had the audacity to say that he car might not have the shell when he came in last night. So we demanded that they looked in the camera to see if we are lying. One of the head of security by the name Evens Jean-Baptiste refused to look at the camera and claimed there is no one to do so today, we have to come back tomorrow at 9 am. Also he refused to give me a written report stating that he can only have me come back. He has to speak with the person that worked last night and hear what he had to say. What does that have to do to look at a camera while we are there. Why do I have to come back in the morning? In a country where people do whatever they want and have no honesty, why do you refuse to look at the camera on the spot and prove me wrong. If we are wrong show us that we are wrong. Which makes us wonder what is he about to do? You can tell the way they are talking, they are covering for each other. I truly believe that it is an inside job and the guards are well aware of what happened. We stopped by to ask for the price of the part in PV and it is US$250.00. Who's going to pay for it ROH?

Lovely food, the eggplant out of this world and the seafood pot, oh my God delicious

Polite, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but expensive for the offerings. Servers are attentive when available

No hot water... No service. They sent me to another room at the same level and there as well, no hot water... And the basic stuffs like cups and glasses are not offered in the room... Really messed up service. Not recommending ...

I only tried the drink bar and the buffet. Was satisfied. Its expensive tho but that's fine.

Our stay was great. I loved it. Everyone on staff is so polite at Oasis and genuinely want you to have a great stay. I had a wonderful time.
