Went to eat there a few times and it was always pleasurable! Great staff, amazing service. Really nice atmosphere, never too crowded and always some good Haitian music for the customers. The food is pretty good, depending on what you’re having. Overall, I like it! I’d say this is a nice place to have some relaxing time to yourself or with others.

One of my most favourite places to stay for over 10 years. I particularly love the old building in a traditional gingerbread style while the new building is particularly stylish and the two are nicely merged. However, the rooms in the old building are now dark and lost a view, which is a pity.

Loved it! The staff was accommodating and professional. The location is centralized, and the room was great. Only 1 issue, my AC froze over so the room became a little warm. I didn't alert the staff as it was on my last day, so I won't hold that against them.

The air conditioning in my room was not working. And the day after, I learned from the cleaning personnel that the front desk workers should have known that it was not working.

Rooms clean, nice and confortable. It's a pity to not have enough water in the tap. The worst thing is the restaurant. It's a completely mess. Several times have to wait between 1.30 and 2 hours, really annoying.

My husband and I stayed there for 6 days and the service was great. The management team(Benjamin and Roubens) were very professional. Food was great and the waiters are friendly and professional specially Emanuel. The front desk team was very nice and professional. We had our niece wedding there the event coordinator(Mme Anglade Leslie)is very professional. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this place to everyone.

A nice place only stands out when the ones who runs it make it stands out. When you have one to two people whom supposed to be there for you at your request and they seem not to care, it takes away so much from the experience especially when you used to be in their shoes. I used to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to my clients and I expected the same where ever I go. Try to explain that to the breakfast staff. Let them know the clients are the reason they there and make the clients feel such way. I'll just stop here because I was really not happy with the service at the restaurant.

I went to Kinam in May with my friend and we had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and the decor was modern. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bar had a familiar feel. The highlight was the front desk staff especially Jeffth that provided us with prompt and excellent service. It was service with a smile.Don't miss the breakfast buffet its worth it.
