My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karibe Hotel in Haiti and it was nothing short of an exceptional experience. With seamless customer service, our expectations were not only met, but they were vastly exceeded. The hotel room we stayed in was precisely what we had hoped for - it was spacious, clean, and supremely comfortable. But, the true charm lay in the stunning view from our balcony. The sight of the sun rising over Port-au-Prince, painting the Haitian mountains in a warm golden hue, was simply breathtaking. Food at Karibe was an adventure in itself. The hotel offered a delightful assortment of the best Haitian cuisine, from succulent Banan Peze to an array of delicious vegan options. This came as a wonderful surprise for my wife, who is a vegan. Breakfast became a cherished routine, as we savored the mouth-watering meals amidst the picturesque settings. In terms of activities, the hotel left us spoilt for choice. The pool with a mini-bar offered a refreshing respite from the heat, while the rooftop bar was a hub of lively parties almost every weekend. Our stay at Karibe was undeniably an enjoyable mix of relaxation and fun. In summary, Karibe Hotel is a stellar choice for anyone seeking an incredible holiday in Haiti. The extraordinary service, stunning views, delicious cuisine, and abundant activities ensure that there's something for everyone. We cannot recommend Karibe Hotel highly enough - it truly is a five-star experience!

No complaints. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Food was seasoned but portions small, I had the steak and fries, steak was extremely tough, but it was so well seasoned I powered through.

Still one of the best hotels in PV. Can be complicated to get there sometimes. Great conversation center. Food used to be better.

The food is very good. Rooms are clean, and the property is so beautiful. Trees are everywhere, and birds are singing while you are eating at "La Brasserie" restaurant.

I never leave a bad review on a hotel but there frankly the employees of this hotel are very badly educated, I spent several days at the karibe hotel in haiti, I went to the bar which is right next to the reception, I I ordered a mimosa the bartender told me that he won't open a bottle of champagne for $150 just for an $8 mimosa, the customer service is very bad there, , I’m very disappointed.

I wish I could really give this Hotel a 5 stars because it is a beautiful place, has nice crew members, and also a clean place. However, it lacks of security control when there are events going on over there. The event team should have been a little more detailed and focus on the safety and happiness of the customer. There is no control or whatsoever when it relates to events that are taking place at that institution. Most of the areas are not under camera or security surveillance, so it means if there is an event, even though the area is been paid for, anyone could sneak in without any supervision and leave with your stuffs as they please when they have the opportunity. It was the day of my wedding, and I was supposed to have a great time until I realized that my wife's wedding gift, a phone, has been stolen during the ceremony. I went everywhere to ask for information or to know if there could be any footage where I would hope to see the thief, but there are no cameras in most areas that clearly need some. That was upsetting because it was to be a special gift to a special person, on a special day. However, it didn't happen as planned. If you guys ever decided to give this hotel a try, make sure you always keep an eye on your belongings, especially electronic gadgets, bags, and more. They could be gone in a blink of an eye, and no one will be able to assist you with that. Be careful and enjoy!

Place is trashy, air condition doesnt work at all. The food is terrible and the front desk will tell you anything they want and never follow up and will straight up lie to you. Little cockroaches in room and the floors are dirty.

This is a nice hotel with good amenities, including a full spa.

Check your bank account! First, the hotel puts a ridiculous $200 hold for damages on your credit card which is unheard of. I stayed here with my wife and 7 year old child and for some reason they only gave me back $100 of my deposit a few days after the stay. I've tried contacting the hotel with no response. Terrible management and worse yet, crooks!

My stay at the hotel itself was good, clean room, great food. Except for my awful experience at the Spa with the nail technician. I would recommend more hospitality, customer service training for them.

Great customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only bad thing is I was always overcharged in my bills. I would strongly advise their guests to check their bills carefully before they pay for anything in the restaurants.

Not much to share no entry without reservation or $25 US entry fee. We were a bar hopping so I did not want to pay that and not like it since they were only offering house music and then leave and lose my 25 bucks sorry not happening.

The waiter could not wait for me to finish my food before paying. It was not possible to bring the swipe machine to me. I had to walk to the reception to pay my food and drink bill.
