In the morning or at night El rancho has an amazing view especially at the entrance and by the pool. I recommend this place if you want to invite friends or someone special to come over. They deserve the 5 stars

Unprofessionally🤬 they tell someone who calls them on the phone ,my room number ,my name, who I was with, I swear to God I should've sued them banm chien I will never go back there they charge $130 us for laundry

Everything in this hotel is amazing from the security crew to the housekeeping, Julienne is Amazing, Stanley, Emmanuel, wowwww i don't know what to say........

Love the location, away from the crowd. Safe with a 24/7 armed security guard. Very charming hotel with beautiful balconies and views of the pool area. They have a restaurant and bar.

The last time I went there It was to enjoy the pool and It was fantastic

The poorest traitment I ever had since I was traveling and I never ever seing the security officers have more power than the staff management. The hotel was so noisy that the employees don't even know how to talk to the client.

I loved it!! Wish I could back... Once everything is back to normal I will. Best service great host and great food!!!

Well located, with space for meetings or lectures, it has a swimming pool and access for wheelchair users, in addition to a very well organized restaurant.

I love my stay here. Had a nice modern room with king size bed. Brunch on Sundays is always amazing. The food is delicious and never greasy.

I went there to enjoy the pool with some friends and our kids. The service was awful. My party and I had to go get a server ourselves several times. We ordered 2 hamburgers, a plate of griot and a plate of acra and it took 2 hours to get them. Eventhough it was very crowded that day, I really don't see why it took that long.

This is an amazing place to stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is amazing, the location was perfect, and the view from the rooms are beautiful. The cleaniness was excellent and the events hosted here are a blast. This is a must stay and a place I will definitely stay again and recommend others to stay as well.

Safe location. The management and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the housekeeping staff always makes sure that I got everything I need, especially Miss Julienne she was very helpful to me. Even though I did not get the room that I had requested but Nareca, Marlie and Shekina make sure to give me a room where I was comfortable. The food was good but expensive.
