Have you ever tasted Macaya chocolate? But have you ever visited their restaurant on rue Metellus in Petion-Ville? I invite you one day to pay them a little visit and you will not be disappointed. Good coffee, good chocolate, very good chocolate croissants. Great decor, pleasant surroundings and courteous staff. 5 star service.

I'm in a chocolate coma. Life doesn't get much better than this ... dark chocolate, fresh berries and mangos in an almond crust. And it's vegan! Truly heavenly. Makaya never disappoints!

The best chocolate from Haiti, natural organic products sourced from local Haitian farmers with 0% preservatives. My mom loves it, I love it and everyone I recommended gives me great feedback I will be buying more and recommending more of my friends to buy!

A beautiful garden lounge with the aroma of chocolate and perfect hospitality. The chocolate is outstanding and the artistry of the product is top notch. This is the place to stop for chocolate in Haiti. The frappe is a wonderful cold treat and the chocolate martini is delicate and delicious!

The 90% dark chocolate tastes very good. The bar has a beautiful design. It took four weeks to arrive from Haiti to Canada to the USA. It is worth the wait.

The very first fancy Haitian brand of chocolate. If you are a chocolate lover , when you go there , you will feel like buying everything! Nice place to go to enjoy that strong but yet fine and fancy Haitian treat.

Best chocolate in Haiti or even better the best chocolate I've had.

This is the most amazing chocolate I have had in my life. Makaya serves gourmet chocolate from Haiti. It is really a gem. It also helps that the customer service is excellent. Makaya feels like a nice getaway in the midst of the busy life of Port-au-Prince. Everyone can use a chocolate break.

One of my favorite things about Makaya Chocolate is that they have vegan options ( or for those who can’t tolerate diary). Their hot chocolate beverages turned me into a chocolate lover!(which I wasn’t one before)! Their cookies, chocolate bars...all of their products are of quality grade and hands down the most delicious savour I have ever had in my life!

One of the most peaceful and positive place in Haiti. There’s always a great vibe over there, you come in the morning you feel like home, you come at night after work you feel like everyone were waiting for you. No need to talk about their hot chocolate, cookies, cake, caramel frappé... it’s a place to go to every week! Makaya Chocolat is unique! 🍀
