LOVED THIS BAGEL SHOP!!! Customer service is spectacular!!! I believe had the pleasure of meeting Ray!! He was super sweet and professional!!! I ordered an egg bagel which I don’t believe I’ve ever done with some butter and it was amazinggggg!! Nice, warm and toasted! The shop was superrrr clean, everything organized in its place! Love this place and will be back in the future!

Very nice clean location . The bagels are delicious and the coffee is excellent. Best bagel shop in North Jersey. Easy to find and friendly.

New owners are terrible! Food is just OK and definitely overpriced. Woman in the front is ALWAYS rude. She doesn't acknowledge u until she's ready. Absolutely nothing nice about her attitude towards customers. Such a shame! Old owners were AWESOME. Been going there for years..but unfortunately will not support anymore due to poor customer service. Plenty of bagel places in Totowa! Not willing to pay for an overpriced bagel that comes with bad attitude!

$7.50 for this, is insane. I asked for a roll tecspk at 9am it should be soft, did not get it toasted and the bread was stale. Atleast stack it with some more meat and egg! I'd gladly pay $7.50 if it was worth it but I felt bad buying it and bad eating it. Was waiting on a ride. I figured I'd stop for a sandwich. Should have ubered home for 8 bucks and made my own.

I used to love this place but lately not sure what is going on. I tried looking for an updated menu online and couldn’t find much. Upon calling a young lady picks up I ask her if they sell egg platters she answers “yea we sell all that” I’m like okay what does the egg platter come with? She couldn’t even tell me what came in an egg platter than proceeds to tell me they don’t have egg platters. I order a cheese egg omelet with a side of toast. When I get my order it’s EXTREMELY GREASY like disgustingly greasy and oily. The cheese wasn’t even fully melted as you can see in the photo. The hashbrown was dripping grease, the toast was saturated in butter. Like who is supposed to enjoy greasy oily breakfast, I felt like I was getting a heart attack just looking at the thing. Customer service was horrendous, person in the front was rude and obviously has no knowledge what so ever regarding the menu. I will never order from this place again, and quite frankly I might even take my platter back and tell them to enjoy eating that grease.

You can smell it down the street.... Delicious sausage egg cheese on everything bagel! And they have incredible muffins!

Was excited to purchase 2 dozen plain bagels but was allowed only 1 dozen bagels. They had 5 plain bagels left and was not allowed to purchase them because i was told other people have to eat. Kind of threw me off, will not be returning anymore since only allowed to just purchase 1 dozen.

This is my go to spot they have everything u could crave for , there yogurt muffins are amazing , food is delicious.. the employees are so polite they make u feel welcomed. What I love about it the most is that even on there busy days you'll get ur food on time. Ive only came 3 times and it's definitely not going to be my last.
