My rating is based on food, not the service or staff! I spent about $47 to feed 2 people 2 kids. I ordered a chicken pasta and the husband ordered their new cheaper meal. I was shocked what came with the kids meal. It was a small slice of pizza and a drink! The bread sticks were very soggy and didn't come out till after we asked. The pasta was very bland and no flavor. It was over priced for what I ordered.

Stumbled upon this restaurant when I was looking around for something quick and it was one of the best places I've ever been to. The main point I would like to point out is the customer service. It was quite a surprise for a fast food restaurant to have such a premium hospitality. Sir at the cashier was quite benevolent and the food was brought to our table in such a professional manner that it did not seem like a fast food restaurant at all. The price was fairly well for the quality of food, which was authentic and well made. The restaurant was clean, and appealing at first glance and wait time was practically nothing. I was very impressed with the quality this place and to offer and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Great affordable restaurant to take the family never been disappointed. And as much breadsticks as your heart desires.

Catering highly recommended! We moved and Fazoli’s are nowhere to be found. The girls wanted to come back home to celebrate their birthday and they wanted Fazoli’s food. Fazoli’s had everything in one package - a must ... considering we are traveling. When I say everything let me explain (see photos as well); utensils to not only eat the food but serve as well!

Inexpensive Italian food that tastes pretty good. The service was actually very very good, especially for a counter service. I would go back. It's an economical place to eat.

All the vegetarian food was tasty including cheesecake with strawberries

Just an all around good American style Italian food / fast restaurant. I have always been a fan of thier pizza and Alfredo... not to mention the bread sticks. While it doesn't replace the standard sit down restaurant, it adds value by being fast and well priced.

Great service and food! Very Reasonably priced. The employee even found deals and cut coupons for me! I ended up ordering 2 more dinners to take home because I was so impressed. It isn't authentic Italian cuisine but it tastes great and kids with picky tastes will be much easier to please!

Food was much better than a fast-food restaurant. The help is actually helpful. The price was low. A time warp... to a time before COVID. Very nice.

I'm glad there's one in the area and was pleasantly surprised on the experience. Price, quality, and service were true to the ratings. The quantities were huge with an 8serving family meal for under $40. Bread sticks, penne with meat, and lasagna were the highlights. I'd recommend going here instead of nearby competing chains.

I used to go Fazoli's when I was a student at Purdue, like 20 years ago. I spot this place on my way to a hardware store with my daughter and walked in. Interior was goos and the staffs were very friendly. But the meatball spaghetti and fettuccine Alfredo was subpar. It is about 10 bucks for small sized dish. I would rather pay 20 dollars and dine in actual restaurants. It could have been same quality all the time and it is just my memory was rose tinted...

Marline is a sweet lady. She was very helpful & I noticed as soon as we walked in her attention to detail when cleaning the tables. This was our first time coming here in apx. 2 years & this is the cleanest I've ever scene it. I think I know why. Great job.

Great food! Great service! I found this restaurant doing a door dash delivery and decided to order some food for myself to see what was the deal about this restaurant....and let me tell you that it hasn't disappointed me yet!!! I ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and it was oh sooo good!! Along with the food came good service! You can tell a good restaurant by the type of service you get! A smile and pleasantries goes a long way! I'm going to keep coming....

We visited on 5/9/23. The area has a lot of traffic and is a bit rough around the edges, but the restaurant was clean and welcoming when we visited. The cashier was patient with us (it's been years since we ate at Fazoli's) when we ordered. Another staff member was quick to deliver extra breadsticks after our order arrived without us having to ask. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The food was great except for the pizza, it seemed like it only had sauce around the outside edge which was a bit odd. It was a bit more money than what we usually spend at a "fast casual" restaurant but it was a great experience overall.

All the staff here was very friendly and provided quick service. My food was hot and quick. But I was really pleased with the cost of the food. The lunch plate was only 6.99 and it was a great value for all the food you get.

I order breadsticks and chicken Alfredo. Breadsticks was very soggy and had a strange aftertaste. Didn’t like it. Nothing compare to olive gardens delicious breadsticks. The pasta wasn’t great either. They use can mushroom and tasted funny. I Wasn’t too happy about the food and will not be ordering from here again. :(

Nothing fancy it is a fast casual. I was happily surprised by the service. They offer unlimited bread sticks when dining in. They brought the bread sticks to the table. Additional they cleaned up the tables after.

We order delivery service and is good. The pasta is ok and the pizza feel like home made it worth to try.

I love Italian food, and apparently not bad when it's fast food either. If you eat in they they come around with a basket offering their delicious breadsticks. Drive thru is pretty convenient too.

The employee who took our order was so helpful and personable! She helped up out since we hadn't been there in years. She made the experience great! Her name might have been Dynasty...not sure tho :)

I like that they are branching out and serving chicken wings. When they bringing your food out it feels like a legit Italian restaurant where they grind up parmesan cheese to top off your plate. Love the cheesecake factory cheesecakes as well. I would give them an extra star if some of their dishes were just a little bit better

This place has gone downhill a bit. Decreased portions and they don't like to give more than 2 breadsticks if not dining in. Newsflash, some of us still care that there is a pandemic and do not wish to dine in with multiple coughing people. The fried mozzarella balls were amazing.

Always delicious! Haven't been here for years, but it is still a lovely experience. I'm glad it's still around, and just as tasty. Bread sticks are great, and all the pastas are good. Cheesecake is from Cheesecake Factory and it's top tier delicious. Can not recommend Fazili's enough.
