The Kinn Downtown is spectacular. The rooms and the common areas are very tastefully appointed. We loved the high ceilings - it makes the space feel expansive. The views from their top floor event space are amazing. The common area on each floor is very functional. It is a warm and inviting space for you to meet up with others in your party, they have thought of everything. Don't settle for a standard hotel room on your next trip to Milwaukee.

They've done it again! The second Kinn Hotel in Milwaukee is hospitality at its finest. The rooms are outfitted with the coziest beds and linens, huge beautiful windows, with good heavy duty curtains to ensure the best night's sleep. The beautifully appointed rooms also treat you with feel good Ursa Major products in the spacious bathrooms. The common area on each floor w/full chef's kitchen and dining and living areas is GORGEOUS - and you just might not want to even leave there! Too bad you're walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shops, museums, parks, schools, the lake....!!! I can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful experience! This is a one of a kind hotel in the heart of downtown that we will be recommending to friends and family. The room is spacious with comfortable bedding, an elegant bathroom, and uniquely tasteful decor. What really sets this place apart from the rest is the common area concept. A beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and all the amenities, a massive table in the dining area, and two separate social areas to hang out. Thank you Charles and Michael for making our stay special!

Yes they did it again! Husband and wife team, Connie & Charles of Kinn Guesthouse opened their second boutique hotel in downtown Milwaukee. Their love for arts, architecture & cool chic vibes are all encapsulated in their brand & Kinn Downtown is no exception. The rooms boast beautiful high ceilings which offer that air of extra space & expansion. Nor did they cut any corners with the size of each room, leaving guests feeling like staying longer would not be a bad option. Each floor has its own stylishly designed common area with fully equipped kitchen, which guests can use as a place to gather, relax, enjoy & feel at home. The location is a super spot. My husband & I were able to walk to so many different restaurants & shops. If you need a hotel for your work team, they also have large rooms designed for meetings & a top floor for events that offer incredible views of Milwaukee‘a sky line. I can’t wait to come back!

Hands down, a wonderful stay! Service was impeccable, the rooms were modern and tastefully designed, with the most beautiful high ceilings. I enjoyed the comforts of the king size bed and the spacious shower. The tea, wine, and breakfast pastries offered daily were much appreciated and a beautiful touch. We loved the community kitchen concept! The guesthouse is located close to EVERYTHING. We met Charles a few times during our stay. He was very pleasant and always inquired how our stay was going. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back and with more guests!

What a delight! Beautifully historic on the outside. Warm and modern on the inside. Very tastefully decorated. Our room was gorgeous with soaring 15 foot ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Each floor is secure and can only be accessed by elevator and your PIN number; your room as well. Fresh pastries, coffee, tea on the kitchen counter and yogurt in the main kitchen fridge every morning. And quiet? You never know there are other guests unless you see each other in the kitchen over coffee in the morning. It was a warm and wonderfully inviting experience and would highly recommend. I'm worried it will become too popular once people discover what a jewel it is. We will definitely return!

Once a year, for 20 years, a group of good friends travel to a location and do something they've always wanted to but never got around to. I'm lucky enough to count myself in their number. We stayed at the Kinn Guesthouse to see a Packers game up the road in Green Bay. In the 20 years of traveling together, the Kinn Guesthouse was by far the most accommodating of large groups, with the easiest access to private rooms and great common areas for just hanging out. The location is seemingly a 6 minute walk to everything we wanted to see or do in Milwaukee. From pickle ball courts to great restaurants to sports venues to shopping and everything in between. The owner-operator, Charles, and his staff were incredibly helpful and timely. I can't say enough good things about this place. Beautifully appointed. New. Clean. Modern living in a historic building and city. Five Stars.

Innovative hotel with digital service, with shared spaces as a living room, dining room and a kitchen to prepare meals. The corner room is spacious, well decorated, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are awesome. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. It also has great space to accommodate the luggage. I really like the hotel for its location, its comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the room and common areas.

The staff was amazing, it was our anniversary and the girl running the show helped me with several surprises with my wife. She and everyone else I interacted with was lovely. Rooms are super unique and upscale. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time is they lock the thermostat so it can’t go below 70 degrees. As a cool sleeper I would prefer a little lower but that was literally our only issue.

This was a great place to host our company retreat - the kitchen/lounge space was definitely utilized and nice to have. We spent a lot of time there for breakout sessions during the day and games/snacks in the evening. The staff is very accommodating, I loved being able to text the valet team or guest services. The location is perfect - most restaurants/activities we went to were in walking distance. The place felt very modern, clean, and welcoming. The lights in the rooms were hard to figure out at first, but once we did, they worked great.

The Kinn Guesthouse was the PERFECT place for three ladies to stay in Milwaukee for a night. We were close enough that we could walk to everything we wanted to do. Our vehicle was valet parked to a secure and camera monitored garage for a very reasonable fee. The building, elevator, and room were all accessed by a keypad code so access to the building and your floor was limited to only Guesthouse staff and guests! The room offers comfortable beds and a luxury bathroom, while each floor provides a huge common room with full kitchen amenities and a living room area. (See pics) The staff was very attentive, present, and obviously took great pride in the property and their work. I will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Linn guesthouse. The room was clean, enormous, and beautifully decorated. We were unsure how the common area would work before our stay but we absolutely loved it - all of the other guests were quiet and kind. We loved having access to a coffee machine and enjoyed espresso with frothed milk any time we pleased. They put out amazing baked goods in the morning as well. We also enjoyed meeting the owner, who was in the lobby and introduced himself at multiple times and asked if we needed anything. The hotel was also at the perfect location - within close walking distance of the Milwaukee Public Market and art museum and lakefront alike! One of the best hotel stay experiences I’ve had over all, I would recommend to anybody.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kinn Guesthouse for our daughter’s wedding! It was perfect for the wedding party. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The common area was perfect for the wedding party to gather and get ready. The full size kitchen is well appointed and even had a nespresso coffee maker. The staff brought delicious fresh pastries each morning too. The charming owner introduced himself in several occasions and checked in to see if we needed anything. The stunning windows and beautiful decor made for a stunning backdrop for photos. We loved the Kinn Guesthouse and we are already planning our next stay. The location is great as well.

The rooms and property were lovely: modern and cool. Wish the restaurant had been open. Slippers and robes in the room would have been nice, as would have body lotion. Also, softer towels, please. They were very stiff and scratchy. My first email to the property asking about bedding was met with a somewhat curt response. It would have been great to have had a “Thanks for reaching out. We look forward to welcoming you!” Or something along those lines. Overall, our stay was great and we would come back if ever we’re in town again.

The Kinn Guesthouse is very stylish and inviting! The room we stayed in was beautiful and so comfortable. It is very close to the 3rd ward where there are restaurants and the public market! There is ample parking available surrounding the Guesthouse. I thought it was really cool that there was a common area on each floor equipped with a full kitchen, meeting room, tables and and living room set, a perfect space if traveling with a group to avoid hanging out in the rooms or even just a place to snack/hangout outside your hotel room. 10/10 stay & would stay again!

A hidden gem in Milwaukee! I had the best stay here. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, very clean, vaulted ceilings, comfy beds. This hotel is like no other, love the lounge area very accommodating. A home away from home. Had a very nice chat with the General Manager Mike on our way out, very nice guy. Thank you for a wonderful stay Kinn, Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the Kinn! The room was amazing and we really loved the lounge/kitchen area on our floor. We would love to come back with a group and take full advantage of the lounge. The general manager was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We used the valet parking and never had a problem and the attendants were all very nice. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance as well. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Kinn Guesthouse! The hotel itself is quiet and homey — it feels much more like an apartment away from home, which I really enjoyed. The common spaces on each floor are amazing and made for such a unique hotel experience, and the pastries provided in the morning were a thoughtful touch! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Apart from this, the location is great — we were able to walk to all the activities we had planned. Michael really goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have a great stay, and even upgraded us to an upper level room. Can’t wait for another trip to Milwaukee to stay here!

We had the best stay at Kinn Guesthouse! Not only was the location perfect, but the amenities were second to none. There was wine for happy hour, pastries on Saturday morning, coffee and milk, yogurt, etc. Truly every detail was completely thought through. The common space was immaculate with beautiful, high end appliances. We also were traveling with a baby and Kinn provided us a pack and play and baby monitor. There is also free guest laundry on each floor, which was helpful when traveling! Thank you to the entire team for a great time!

5/5 It's my second time in Kinn Guesthouse Downtown Milwaukee and I absolutely loved it! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The interior of the guest house and rooms is very charming, it makes you feel like home. We were welcomed with a complimentary glass of wine after arrival and for breakfast delicious French pastries from the local bakery were served in the kitchen. The hotel is in a great location and is in walking distance of most places we went to. Staff was always so kind. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had an amazing stay this past weekend while we were in town for a wedding - we were even greeted by Charles the owner of the hotel who went above and beyond in giving us a detailed tour of the hotel and even personally took us to our room! Then still made sure to give us amazing recommendations for lunch! Our room was absolutely perfect and the common area was an amazing space and we are already looking at dates to return!! I think we found the only place we ever want to stay in Milwaukee! Too top it all off I had the most amazing chocolate croissant prior to our departure! ❤️

Beautiful and spacious room. I slept well! Very good location. Really nice event space on the roof. Was happy to have a small gym, too. This place works well if your party occupies every room on the floor like we did. I probably wouldn’t stay there otherwise, though, because I’d feel a little weird lounging in a living room setting with strangers but you may enjoy that kind of thing more than me. I prefer hotels with lobby bars and staff and the usual hotel feeling especially at this price point. If you’re planning a wedding or something like that, this place is perfect. I felt the way the rules were conveyed was a little intense, which made me feel like I was staying in a high end hostel. The elevator code system didn’t work (you could go up the elevator without pushing in the code) so it didn’t feel as secure as it should have. Also at this price point, felt like we should have had daily room cleaning and little amenities like lotion and a shower cap.

We stayed at Kinn Guesthouse Downtown (brand new location) this past weekend while we were in town for Marquette's graduation. So happy with our stay, the room was perfectly set up with everything you might need. The communal kitchen was stocked with a large Nespresso machine, stove/oven, multiple refrigerators to store our food, and wine to drink. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but it's fully stocked if you wanted to prepare a home made meal. The atmosphere was great, employees very helpful, and I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Milwaukee! Great location too, central to everything you might need.

The hotel is gorgeous. Each floor of rooms has a unique, spectacular chef’s kitchen and lounge that fits your entire gathering of friends and family. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are super comfy. The roof top event space has a groovy vibe complete with a great view. A sophisticated sibling of the Kinn Bayview. My husband says it’s a Gem. I say it’s the whole Jewelry Box.

Our stay at the Kinn was great. The manager was very welcoming and showed us around the common space on our floor, and even showed us to our room. To top it off, he treated us to a bottle of champagne for celebrating our anniversary. Our room was very clean and just what we needed for a night away. The common space was a unique feature and we liked that we had dedicated space in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, we didn't utilize the space much since we were only staying one night, but I can see how it'd be really nice if staying for a longer period of time. The location of the hotel was fantastic and walkable to most of the things we wanted to do and see for the weekend. We felt very safe knowing the front door was secure and only those staying in the hotel could enter. A parking garage was very close and convenient.

Amazing! Beautiful place with an amazing “homey” vibe. Kinn on Broadway is fabulous. From the beautiful building to the gorgeous decor, high ceilings, AMAZING beds and bedding… I could go on and on. The layout of this hotel is genius. You come off the elevator into a beautiful open space. A fully appointed gourmet kitchen with spacious gathering areas on either end. Perfect for any guest- whether staying as a couple or a large group utilizing the whole floor. I didn’t think the owners could top their first hotel “Kinn Bayview” but they did it! As for location, it was a super quick drive from Chicago and walking distance to so many places. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer!!
