I went in for an ECG and was welcomed with the utmost pleasant and professional approach from the entrance where i was sanitized and ushered in, to the registry, the lab to the assessment dept where i was informed of the report!!! Truly an amazing experience that leftme feeling way better tgan when I went in!!! Thanks Heart Foundation ❤

I did an ECG there on May 18, 2021. There was a elderly nurse, tall and light skinned lady. She was extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and gave great advice. You could tell this was her passion. Thank you!

I must commend the professionalism my mother and I received at the Heart Foundation today. Customer service is usually a hit or miss in Jamaica but the Heart Foundation nailed it, from the lady who greeted us and took our temperature to receptionist, nurse aid and technician, it was a seem-less process. I must also commend them on adhering to covid protocols as well. To all those who we encountered thank you for being both caring and professional.

I experienced one of the best Jamaica customer service interaction in a long while. I called to schedule and re-schedule an appointment for my grandmother and the staff was very helpful. Karen Anderson, was also very helpful by initiating email dialogue about my grandmother's appoint and report pick up, because of my overseas location. This saved me a few dollars on my phone bill. Wish more customer service in Jamaica adopts a similar attitude towards their customers.

Nurse Bryce is very efficient and helpful the telephone operator is extremely pleasant BUT one of the receptionist is unhelpful and tact less (the red one) otherwise it's smooth sailing once you get here

Got two BOOKED appointments October 19th - when arrived I had to sit and wait to REGISTER!! WHAT is the purpose of a booked appointment?! This is their policy was the explanation!! Message to the person/persons in charge - Give the patients a BOOKED appointment - stop this nonsence forcering people to waste time! BAD service to the public! They didn’t even apologize - instead they called for security and said they couldn’t take me cause of me being upset

The staff of the Heart Clinic at the Heart Foundation had very warm and welcoming personalities

This place is very important for our people they specialize in heart. They offer an incredible service to the country the staffs are amazing. I have to say the environment is clean the atmosphere is also fresh and clean. They have been the home for all Jamaicans with heart issues and have preserved many lives through their agenda they can't be rewarded enough for the service they have been providing for Jamaica and Jamaicans.

Went here to receive CPR and First Aid training. Excellent trainers that run very practical sessions. The training will have you certified by the American Heart Foundation.

Your team is efficient and pleasant--from the voice on the phone, to the clerk who received me on entering, to the technician taking my vitals and the doctor and assistant who took me through the paces of the treadmill test, to the persons who helped me with the claim form---all were super. Oh yes, and the security officer who showed me where to park. Thumbs up!!! God bless and keep you all. P.S.
