Pretty good selection of specialty items. In particular I was looking for a certain type of paint that's hard to come by (Testors Enamel Paint) and they did have it. Some of the prices seem to be a bit better than they used to be which is nice. If you are going there for a particular type of paint I recommend doing a bit of research on what exactly you're looking for before you get there. The only reason I say this is because the selection is overwhelming and if you don't know, you're going to have a handful of different paints standing there confused. Or maybe that's just me, lol.

Love the crafts stores, this one is big so lots of crafts flow through my mind... I took some random pictures of things I want in the future, I guess I'll share them

Cashier Ashley couldn’t be bothered to find out why my fall decoration wasn’t coming up 50% as advertised. When asked why she just said I don’t know. So I told her I wouldn’t buy it and she was happy about that. (Less hassle for her) Also noted self check outs which are horrible for someone with disabilities.

They were sold out of the style of 4.5mm crochet hooks I was after, but otherwise I've zero complaints. The store is quite open, easy to navigate and everything's in very clear sections too, with materials to accomodate a wide range of skill levels and hobbies!

If I had a reasonably convenient craft store alternative I would go there instead; This includes if I had a different Michael's nearby. The store often does not have what I am looking for, sometimes because they don't stock it and other times because it's out of stock. They recently replaced a bunch of cash registers with self-checkout. I don't mind self-checkout, but in the case of Michaels I wish they would have just hired additional cashiers.

I love Michaels! I have a lot of hobbies and Michaels has what I need whether it's in store or online.

I was looking for stocking staffers. Hadn't been in the store for a long time. Maybe there was a big sale the day before but I found a lot of the shelves empty and the flower bins empty. I hope they aren't closing down. There was a good selection of painting supplies.

Service is terrible! I was there last month (Oct2023), it was around 7pm the person by the cashier was rude, got upset that I was paying with cash and he had to do some work besides standing there, it wasn't even busy.

Prices are far too high but if you're only buying one thing at a time, their monthly coupon helps bring the prices down to something more reasonable. Love their Halloween merchandise as well. They always have great stuff

It's a Michaels, no better or worse than any others really. There does seem to be a lack of staff when I go in there, but when I encounter them they are always friendly and helpful!

It's nice to have one store with a large selection of "craft" type items. I do find they sometimes don't stock enough quantities. Prices are hit and miss. Sometimes higher than expected, sometimes lower.

One of my favorite store! The staff is always super friendly, they have amazing deals at times which is great if you want to start a new project or hobby but don't want to overspend.

was attempting to shop today for an item that has many variants. a staff member continuously interrupted me so i could not select the item. endless! every time i started to fathom the selection he had to pass by. very poor customer service today. inconsiderate staff member. cashier was ignorant as well... this branch needs a change of manager and some of it's staff

Love shopping at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. They usually have what I need for my crafting projects and I love the coupon for some % off an item they always make available on their site. Oh and they are Dog friendly which is great! My boy Beau always gets lots of attention while we shop :)

Asked for help to find an item. Associate reluctant to leave what they were doing to assist. Another associate hinted at where it was located but was on their way out. Couldn't find the item so I left. I'm understanding Amazon's success.

Just had a couple of Adam Young prints framed. Patty in the framing department was so helpful. Took pictures of our prints and showed me on the computer exactly what it woukd look like with frame and matte I picked out. Great service. Thank you Patty.
