I made an order online and they shipped it out fast and the watch was packaged will in an discreet but nice box.

Always a terrific experience ordering from Halifax Watch. From the incredible packaging of my orders to the attention to details like setting the time and date correctly for my time zone (of the quartz movement watches I’ve purchased). Customer service has fallen by the wayside these days but not here. I’ll happily and confidently order from Halifax Watch again.

Sadly they sent out their older stock Hirsch Mariner strap with no quick release when it stated on the website that this product was equipped with it. Exchange would be out of buyers pocket since I am in Ontario. Also ordered a Duke that had to be swapped for a different colour before they shipped as they ran out of the colour I ordered. Only saving grace the shipping rate was fast. But they really need to get their stock in order for the buyers as this was not a good experience with two of the three straps I ordered not actually being what I wanted.

Just bought a nato strap for my watch. The shop is good, I could find what I needed every thing all right but the cashier! Her behavior was awful. Not friendly and she was even rude. Never come back to the shop to face this woman

Came in looking for a 19mm nato strap (a difficult size to find), and was pleasantly surprised to discover they had several well-made options. In and out fast, and the strap is very good quality, particularly considering it didn’t cost very much.

I bought an Alpina Star Timer for a great deal almost 2 years ago. The transaction went extremely well and they threw in an extra braclet because I have such large wrists. Almost 2 years later the movement seized. I contacted Halifax Watch and they told me to send it to them with the warranty card. I recieved the watch back after it was sent back to the manufacturer. All this with no shipping paid and the watch keeps better time than ever. I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a primary watch or an addition to their collection.

I cannot recommend this store and their excellent staff too highly. Friendly, efficient and great service. They did my Seiko watch battery change while I stood there .... just great, as every previous battery change at other stores needed overnight or longer. Would give 10 stars to Halifax Watch Co if I could.

The HWC is my favourite place to visit when I'm in Halifax. I enjoy the atmosphere and the employees are very friendly and well informed about the watch world. They have a great array of watches along with a constant influx of new models including some very exciting limited editions. Myself, I was able to round out my modest collection covering "land, sea, and air"; however, as with most hobbys im unlikely to stop there and i may have to get something that is more in line with formal occasions. There is a reason I buy my watches from Halifax Watch Co! They’re the best in the business. I’d much rather support bricks and mortar businesses whom care for their customers, than a chain jewelry store to buy my time pieces. Shipping is fast, even from the other side of the country. I highly recommend getting all your watch needs met by HWC. I live on the other side of the country and much rather deal with Josh and wait for shipping, than have to deal with someone local who doesn’t know a thing about watches. The customer service is seconded by none. You want to buy a watch, buy it from people who know watches!!

Tried to return a $350 watch for exchange 3 days after purchasing it because didn't like how it worked/didn't work and was told because it was worn once they would not exchange it. The receipt clearly states "Exchanges only".

Great service, reasonable pricing and a variety of paying options let alone the variety of watch manufactures. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the shortage of several watch types and to a fault of he Halifax watch Co. rather the supply shortage, transportation difficulties etc. Good place to purchase watches.
