Very unwilling to help after an issue with a piercing received three weeks prior. The issue was not their fault but we needed to be seen and the earliest they would see us for a 15 minute appointment was 23 days away. She did say we could come on Wednesdays and wait. Wednesdays are walk-in days and no guarantee we would be seen. Long way to come for us to spend all afternoon waiting with an open hole not knowing if we would even be seen. I didn’t expect an immediate appointment but waiting that long would leave us with no further options. I would expect a business to care about their customers and to show some interest in looking after their work. Called another place and explained. They said they would get us in ASAP because waiting that long would mean the piercing would be completely closed. I appreciated that they seemed to care about our issue and were willing to help us. It was just a much more professional approach and made me realize we chose the wrong establishment to patronize in the first place. It is when things go sideways that you really see a small businesses true colours. Not when everything is going great. You hope for care and consideration but if someone shows you who they are, believe them. That goes for businesses too.

Erin was wonderful! She made me feel super comfortable while doing my flat ear piercing and she did a great job with the final product. The staff was very professional and kindly answered any questions I had regarding instrument sterilization. The shop was super clean and I couldn’t recommend them higher. Thank you Jaggers Piercing and Erin for a great experience and a beautiful new piercing.

10/10 Recommend! The staff are super friendly and there's such a great vibe in the shop! Everything was super clean and tidy. I got my septum done here by Sandi and they did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! Also I must add that it was super quick and easy, not a bit of pain throughout the whole process.

My little sister and I went to Jagger's yesterday as my gift to her for her 9th birthday. If you are a parent or guardian looking for somewhere to bring your child to get there ears pierced...THIS is the spot. As someone who has a lot of piercings themselves, I have encountered many different shops and artists in my life. As soon as you enter Jaggers, everything is clean and bright. You get greeted by each employee there with a smile. They were sure to make my little sister feel safe and welcome, including offering her a stuffie for comfort if she needed. After picking out her jewelry, we went into the room. Our piercer did the most lovely job of taking their time to place the earrings perfectly. But the biggest thing that stood out to me was how they explained every single step of the process so my sister felt safe and in control. I am beyond impressed with the service and the skill level displayed at this shop. Thank you so much again! :)

I’ve gotten a few piercings from Jagger’s over the years, and I’m never disappointed with my experience! An incredibly inclusive team & space that cares for their clients. Each step of the process is shown or explained to you, so you know what to expect! They also have a great jewellery selection, both for the initial piercing and to change out once healed! Highly highly recommend.

My 13 year old came in yesterday for her first piercing (nose) and we had an amazing experience. Staff at the front desk were so kind and helpful, studio space was very clean. Erin (piercer) was absolutely fantastic, they walked us through every step of the way and made my daughter feel so comfortable. She loves her new piercing! Would absolutely recommend and return again.

I got my ears pierced; the whole process was great. Super clean and very friendly staff. A week after my piercing, my ear was very angry, and I actually lost a piece of the earring due to inflammation but Jagger piercing studio, went above and beyond to fit me in and remedy the situation. Great customer service.

Darcy (front desk) and Erin (the piercer) were excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions. Erin explained what she was doing at every step. Very clean and bright studio.

I got my eyebrow pierced today with a cute little barbell. It was just a small pinch and before I knew it, it was over. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would. Erin couldn’t have been any kinder and gentler to me during the whole process. It’s a beautiful place with top-notch cleanliness and sterility. The piercers are also extremely knowledgeable and know how to make their clientele feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. I highly recommend anybody who’s looking for a piercing to pay them a visit. Went and got my snakebites there! It was a very clean place with very friendly staff I got pierced by Erin who was a lovely individual who took the time to demonstrate the cleaning process plus the over all process of how things were going to work and also had some great communication to help me feel less anxious! Amazing experience getting my 13 year old’s septum pierced. The staff were all kind, welcoming, and informative. It’s spotlessly clean and the prices are very reasonable!

got my septum done here about a year ago with a friend, it was pierced incorrectly, way too low, and after months was still hurting. i had scar tissue bumps on both sides, and no matter what, the jewelry kept wanting to flip up into my nose constantly. i emailed frequently to ask if these were signs it wasn’t healing, and they said it would be fine. i went to another place to get a second opinion and as soon as the piercer saw it she said that the placement was incorrect, and there was very little chance it would heal fully. i ended up having it taken out. i emailed to let her know that i had to get it removed and she provided a full refund (which i appreciate) but she said she wishes i paid them a visit beforehand. i don’t recommend getting your septum pierced here. she also said i had “plenty of room”, and a “very big sweet spot” and it would be possible to even stack septum rings. the second opinion i got got said the complete opposite. do what you will with this info.

I highly recommend this place and the lovely people there. Professional, impeccable hygiene standards and great humour. I got seconds done on my lobes and although I was a bit nervous they were able to put me at ease and it was super easy to do. They even helped me out with another piercing I was having trouble with. Makes me want to go back and get more piercings done 😁

I had a really great experience here. Their booking system was easy, and they were very communicative beforehand. At the appointment they were very thorough about checking any health considerations before and providing instructions for after care. Everyone at the shop was really friendly and my piercer, the owner Sandi, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable. Thank You!

I went and got my ears pierced about a year ago. Their staff was super friendly, ready to answer any questions; and place was super clean, you can tell you're in good hands! My piercings healed up very nicely and I switch out my earnings without any trouble now. :)

My wife was contacted for a last minute appointment on the cancellation list, and when she arrived she was notified that the provider had left without any notification to this update, no call. Instead of offering a solution she was turned away. We were visiting from Ontario for the weekend and she was excited to go here based on all the good reviews. A phone call telling her not to come would of been appreciated as we had cabbed from far away. Fix your system issue so this does not happen to future customers.

My daughters (8 and 6) had their ears pierced recently. The staff were kind and explained what was going to happen at each step. Afterward they took their time explaining how to clean the piercings and the importance of doing so. Both girls were super happy! I was impressed by the cleanliness and professional service. I 100% recommend this studio for getting your child’s ears pierced.

Great experience getting a second line piercing with Sandi. I was nervous as it was my first piercing in 20yrs. Sandi was super awesome and calming during the experience. The front of my earring came off - my own fault completely - and Sandi fit me in the next day without an appointment to look at it and replace the front. Highly recommend their service.
