Today at 8 pm, i went to store to return my watch that I bought yesterday on 5th December at 5.20 pm from Halifax shopping centre fossil store. Firstly, one of staff member was too rude to me she told me she can’t return my watch because my manager sold that watch to you and he can only give me the refund for watch .then I told that this thing was not on my purchase receipt that only manager can give me the refund . Then she told me “ you can go to my manager place for refund if you want to return your watch . she told me he live in Chester so drive one hour for refund .i was-really not Interested in her manager address 😂.then I told her I don’t have car . Because of her this behaviour I told her if i can talk to any supervisor or manager then she specifically told me “you all guys (indian)are like this. Then I left the store. I called to store phone number to report that issue to manager then she picked up my call and told me i am the same person and she cannot write down my complaint. After that I called on fossil customer care phone and complain about her racism behaviour and bad customer service. I will post that incident on all of Instagram and Facebook indian groups in Halifax so everyone will be aware about this incident and avoid to go to this store where they comment on indian people. I really don’t want her to lose her job as I know everyone life is really hard these days because of Covid but I want that she will learn a lesson so from next time she will not give personal address of her manager and not comment on customer race. I had a really back experience shopping at this store. I purchased a wallet for a gift, one of those that come with a removable card case. The cards did not fit in the attachment, I went back to the store to see if I could get it exchanged for another one that actually worked, but the guy at the front refused to help me out.

Was looking to purchase a wallet and had such poor customer service from one of the girls. I had a few questions and every time she answered she’d walk away and I’d have to call her back. When I finally decided on a wallet she said rudely that it was sold out and I could only buy the floor model and walked away again without offering any other options. I just walked out and left. She acted like making a sale was ruining her day. I’ll just order from the website from now on.

First and last time ordering from Fossil. It has been 5 weeks so far and still waiting. I was told the original order was lost so they issued a replacement which would take an additional 10 days. The watch was supposed to be a gift so I had to buy something else in its place. Since they lost the first shipment I feel like this one should’ve been expedited. It has been well past the 10 days and still nothing. I was sent another shipping notice which hasn’t updated in over a week. I have also sent two emails and no reply. Very poor customer service.

The store assistant terms was super helpful and friendly, she helped me to choose exactly what I wanted and offered to customize to my liking , the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable for the products as well , great experience

Was in the Hfx Fossil store and Blade was awesome. I bought a new phone and couldn't figure out to get my watch to pair with it. He got everything all set up for me. Explained a few things too.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Fossil in Halifax Shopping Centre, particularly with Blade, the manager. I went in to get a battery replacement for my watch and upon replacing the battery he detected that the watch was faulty, and he offered to replace it with a new one free of charge! He was kind and sincere and very helpful. He took down my info and was eager to help. When I picked up my new watch, he was there again to assist and was very helpful. He was also sporting a lot of Fossil bling and looked very put together and clean. Overall great experience which will keep me coming back!!!

Was buying gifts for groomsmen and fresh off a less than positive experience at another store came into Fossil on a whim. My day was instantly turned around. The sales associate Zara was so helpful and got a big purchase taken care with ease. The store does in house engraving for free, and has multiple copies of the same watch so I could get a matching set unlike some other watch stores in the mall. Very happy with my experience and my purchase!

Staff especially management were super helpful. Provided an easy return process and even advised o. The best way to do it to be able to participate in black Friday deals. Loving my gen 6 smartwatch I bought there.

He was just coincidence I happened to walk into fossil and see this beautiful razor watch that I know was limited to 1337 units. After talking with staff and seeing how friendly they were they really helped me out to get this watch and I couldn't say I've ever gotten that quality of customer service anywhere. To the staff that were working on April 30th 2022 thank you guys for your incredible kindness and help. If you're looking for a fancy watch place that treats his customers amazingly you should definitely stop by the Fossil store at the Halifax shopping center

I was interested in a Fossil watch i saw on line. Went to the store to make sure it wasn't too bigfor my wrist. Watch was perfect was me, however it wasn't on sale as advertised online. No problem, the salesperson price matched it. The service was prompt and friendly. Overall a great experience

Took a link out of my Fossil watch and installed a new battery without asking. Nice touch. I really like their watches.
