Initially emailed for an appointment, 3 days prior to my being in area. No response, when in area called, got an appointment quickly. When I got to the store, there was a person in store with no appointment, when I was told by appointments only. Found staff rude and not very friendly, most importantly not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. No masks on, when dealing with public. Overall not impressed, won't be back

First time to a coin shop and I have to say it was well worth it ! , 2 lovely gentleman to help me and my son with starting a new coin collection for him ! Will definitely be back, also very very knowledgeable staff!

Visited the shop with an appointment to have a variety of items appraised. I arrived early but was escorted in immediately. I wanted the items divided into lots which was no problem. Martin seemed knowledgeable and went through the items quickly. He gave me a good estimate of value for each group of items. No pressure to buy any of the items plus a parking voucher for S. Square. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I have phoned from Toronto and bought coins from Citadel. Great service and reliable delivery. I would definitely deal with them again.

My first visit was pleasant right from the start. Felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions and got good answers. My first visit was to sell my coin collection as I was no longer interested in it as a hobby. But I left with some unique fine silver pieces. My experience has been great as I been there a fee times now and looking forward to going back.

Came all the way from Ontario and was interested in stopping in to see what they had to offer . Called to ask were they where located while trying to find their store . Was told I needed an appointment no were does it state this online on google. Wasn’t even offered to book a time with them. Terrible attitude and service is non existent !!! Shop elsewhere !!

Ridiculous store,, went there prepared to spend 12k on gold but they didn’t let me in cause you need an appointment. Took my business online, store is a joke

First time visiting . I had some silver Russian Olympic coins to have assessed. I was served immediately and very pleasantly by the staffs and given a quote. I was hoping for something higher , however my coins were not so much sought after by the market so thought I would keep them for the time being. . I gave the store a 5 star rating as I was very impressed by the service, the variety of coins available for collectors as well as the eclectic other products and the fairness of my assessment as well as explanation of same. Will return . Good BBB member.

Excellent one on one attention. Fair and up to date pricing on your items. Great deals on in store items. Felt like I mattered. Nice to see in Today's "give me your money" retailing.

I havn't been here in a while but wanted to share my experience. They Ripped one of my bills that was over 100 years old then offered me face value "for McDonald's" called me stupid and said if I didn't like my experience to go somewhere else when I complained.

I haven't been to see Martin or Girard in a couple of years but I will be dropping by soon.I am always treated very well,both gentlemen are very knowledgeable and super professional.I have purchased many items from the shop and invited my friends to attend which some have and been pleased with their purchases.See you soon,gentlemen!!!!

Very Knowledgeable and absolutely fair in pricing. Some cool items to look at with a great location. Come here for your collectables!
