My experience with this company was excellent. In a scary time for our family, Gabe provided us not only a bed quickly and efficiently but he did so kindness and softness all while providing us with information for his equipment. I reached out through email which was answered very quickly. Then any questions I had I called and spoke to a wonderful PERSON (Delia) instead of an answering service or a series of buttons I had to press. In the age of technology and the stress of the medical system, this was a friendly reminder that GOOD businesses still exist with real people who care about your needs and comfort of a loved one. Great all terrain knee scooter, helped me navigate my summer better with a broken foot. Thanks very much to Dave who helped show me how everything worked on the scooter, it was very easy to use and get around. Plus it's light enough my tiny godmother can lift it and fit it in her car. Also goes very fast downhill. Would definitely recommend this company for mobility rentals and other medical equipment.

Star Medical & Bed Rentals was recommend to me after I was unable to secure a bed from other providers who either did not return my calls or would put my on a waiting list to get a bed in 2 weeks time. I needed a bed right away. Gabe was very caring and professional and able to provide me with everything I needed including an over-the-bed table and sheets for the bed. We got the bed that day and he was even flexible with time of delivery. Gabe was very professional. He wore a mask and gloves and sanitized the bed and it's components and matress several times during it's assembly. He was very efficient and courteous. Gabe and the team at Star Medical were absolutely incredible. When we were trying to find a wheelchair for our 6-year old with a hip-to-toe cast, they were super accomodating to our needs and made sure we had it that very night, even during a pandemic. I am so impressed by Gabe’s dedication and commitment to provide the best service he can for his customers. I have a rental bed that Gabe set up in my home for my father. When we lost power I called him to see if I could manually operate the lift with my father (who is unable to weight bare) on the bed. Gabe spent time with me problem solving on the phone and later that night he drove through the storm to bring me his own battery pack to operate the bed. I was incredibly grateful at his generosity and compassion.

Gabe and Star Medical & Bed rentals brought over a wheel chair to the house same day we called. Impossible to get any from large providers who were no where near as helpful. At the end of the rental he picked it up. Fantastic service by someone who is aware of the stress brought about by kids getting into accidents. Highly recommended.

Amazing same day service. The owner Gabe was very kind and rearranged his schedule on a Saturday to help when we really needed a bed. He even wore a mask to protect my mom from COVID. Can’t say enough about this great service!

Gabe was quick to answer questions and new exactly what I was looking for . He made a stressful situation easy . He came set up the bed quickly and went over everything I needed to no. When the bed was no longer needed He was there the same day .

My mother needed a medical bed on short notice. Gabe was able to get us exactly what we needed at a great price and was able to deliver and set it up in short order. He took us through everything and made sure we were comfortable before he left. My mother said the bed was very comfortable and the adjustable positions really aided in her recovery. When she no longer required the bed, a quick call to Gabe and a few hours later the bed was gone. The bed was delivered for my mother and setup the same day as we had called to order it. They offered us a wide range of services that has made things much easier to care for our mother. Gabriele was efficient, ensured it was safe and put protectors on the floor to protect them. He was very professional and polite. We greatly appreciate the prompt service and honesty.
