I needed to book a test with a very short turnaround and to make matters worse, to comply with UK requirements needed to be tested on a Sunday afternoon. After very stressful calls to two other suppliers who were not able to help, I received friendly, courteous and efficient assistance from Rockdoc. Their simple to use. automated booking system works like a charm. I was able to book the slot I needed easily and I couldn’t have received a friendlier welcome and service when the test itself was done. Thank you Rockdoc - highly recommend them.!

The Rock Doc pre travel COVID 19 testing service was excellent and very professional! The facilities are excellent and the staff were very friendly and supportive of their clients. Test results were received and able to be downloaded within a few hours.

I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the service I received here. Traveling these days in the era of Covid-19 is so fraught, with so many hurdles, I expect every next hurdle to be the one which upsets the whole process. But every aspect of dealing with Rockdoc went very well. Staff were reassuring, informative in an informal style, super efficient (my wife and I were in and out within 15 minutes), genuinely courteous. They went beyond the call of duty, calling a cab for us and arranging for it to wait at a very convenient spot on a cold, rainy day. and on top of everything, the results came really promptly. We actually got them later the same day, though we had been told to expect them the next day by midnight at the latest. My wife and I are truly grateful and appreciative, Rockdoc!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had a flight booked for last Saturday and an appointment with the lab in Fredericton Airport to get PCR testing done within the 72 hour period required. 12 hours before our appointment, the testing facility called and said because of delays they aren't able to guarantee our results would be available before our flight! Of course this would mean that we would not be able to board the plane and miss out on $1000s worth of tickets! So we had to reschedule our flight and find another testing facility to get this done. Rescheduling the flight also meant rescheduling our vacation days and every other plan that was connected with this trip. Scanning and searching online we came across RockDoc consulting in Halifax and booked an appointment for the following week. We drove down from Saint John to Halifax . When we got there we were greeted with a big smile and a fantastic attitude. The lady at the desk (I'm very sorry I don't recall the name but they were both AWESOME) checked all 3 of us in, and asked us to have a seat for no longer than 1 minute before Adam came out and walked us in to a room to get the nasal swab done. 15 seconds each nostril, and we were all done. Concerned with our previous experience, they put us at ease with GUARANTEEING results by 11:59PM the next day! Fast forward the next day. Before 10AM our results were sent to our emails and we can now pack our bags and fly out on Saturday. The whole experience with RockDoc has been incredible and would recommend them over and over and over and over again. Thank you!

Super quick, super professional! Was in and out in 5 minutes for my PCR. Definitely know your passport number though, they'll ask for it. Dont make the same mistake I almost made!

I would have to say that Rick doc has giving me the best experience when it comes to getting a covid test, all the employees are quite personable as well as very kind and knowledgeable. I would have to shout out Terri who help me out while getting my test done. He made me feel comfortable and safe. 5/5 experience

Very courteous staff, very kind and patient with first timers like me. Clean facility, great location. Test results came bang on time. One suggestion I'd give is for your IT team to consolidate all emails [particularly the appointment confirmation] to come from @rockdocinc.com so that we can set it to "not spam". My fault that I didn't check other mail folders, but people like me, traveling in an emergency situation are usually swamped. Thanks again Terry!
