Zero stars to them. It has been more than 48 hours of my test. I had an international flight today and that’s why I got this test. They haven’t given the results and it’s been 50 hours. Our 180$ are not a joke. It takes a lot of hard work to earn this money. Thank god I took 2 tests from different companies. If I would have just trusted them and took test only with them, I would have missed my flight leading to loss of 3000$. They are worst. DON’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TRAVELLERS IF YOU CANNOT GIVE RESULTS WITHIN PROMISED TIME FRAME!!!! Who would be responsible if I missed my flight today? Who would be responsible for me 3000$ loss? Who would be responsible behind me not spending holidays with family abroad because they can’t process covid tests in 48 hours. I literally wanted to file a court case against them! Switch health has pathetic service . We did arrival test through switch health on Toronto airport more than 2 days ago . I have been trying to chase it up and has been given wrong information. I rang them again and again and contacted them through social media as well . Every time I have been informed that results will be released soon but till now didn’t get any results .My my whole family is in Qurantine and not able to go out because of switch health pathetic service Please avoid if you want piece of mind

Well we missed our flight this am as our test wasn’t completed. Two hours before it was missed it was escalated and we were told to go in and all would be good. Turns out couldn’t be escalated until 7am — an hour after our flight our flight left. Missed the 11am and now will likely miss the one pm flight. ONLY 7k invested in this trip. Thankfully shoppers drug mart starts this service this coming week. Avoid switch health.

No test results after 48 hours despite indicating processing time was 24-48 hours. No one locally answers the phone during office hours. We are in jeopardy of missing our flights. We are now rushing to pay for another test through a different company. Halifax has other private travel clinics that provide much better customer service. Very disappointed.

Bad experience so far. Did testing at toronto airport. About 30 people doing nothing but staring at you getting your nose swabbed. Instead of verbalizing at least what to expect or some of the requirements, they all acted like unknowledgeable robots incapable of explaining a single thing regarding the test, timelines and quarantine requirements. I thought a country like Canada would have a more professional service. Also, there was not even a place with minimum privacy to get the swab done by them. Based on everyone's reviews, I dont even want to get my hopes up on when to expect my test results (it's been more than 24 hours now).

TL;DR: I would strongly recommend avoiding Switch Health at all costs -- especially anything to do with their website and online ordering. If you schedule an in-person test at the Halifax location, plan to arrive early as the office is located deep in the serpentine brewery building and you will likely need several minutes to reach it from the street. Caveat emptor: the online shipping times listed on the website do not include indeterminate processing time (which is nowhere indicated), and they do not stand behind the stated service standards. I paid for expedited shipping of a kit only to need to book an in-person test when my kit did not arrive within the shipping times indicated. When I called to cancel the hitherto unshipped order (per the tracking information online), I was told the kit was in the mail. When it arrived after my departure, I called and was assured that a refund would appear on my credit card statement. When it still had not appeared after two weeks, I called and was told that I was ineligible for a refund and that one should not have been offered. I was placed on hold at the beginning of each call I made to customer service -- the non-resolution of my issue took 6 calls -- and the shortest hold time was 40min. I literally made a batch of muffins, from ingredient acquisition to finished baking, during the time it took for me to reach a representative on my third call. The kit you will take is identical to the ones available for free from municipal resources. You're paying for the third-party certification and abysmal customer service. Unless you bought tickets for Fyre Festival, never will you have paid so much for so little.

Was flagged for random test by customs at YHZ Halifax airport arriving direct from MCO Orlando. Took 10-15 mins for registration was told results would be back 24-48 hrs. I kept checking their web site, nothing for 3 days. I finally received a text & email 90+ hrs after the test was completed @ the AP. The result was DAMAGED SPECIMEN. Great service our government is wasting our tax dollars on. I guess I will continue to go about my daily routine. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Took 62 hours to receive my rt-pcr test results. They provided deceiving information regarding the test result time frame. On the website it says results within 1-2 days at the clinic I was told 24-48 hours. I would definitely won't recommend anyone to use switch health in Halifax. They refuse to provide me with refund as well. I was told that in the terms and condition, I had agreed to test taking longer than specified time. Only good thing is got my refund back

Please avoid this place. They never gives Rt-PCR test results on time. Almost missed my flight. The main reason behind late results is- they send all the samples to Toronto lab for processing. Switch health don’t have any lab in Halifax. Just one office to take samples. please avoid this place at any cost. This place can cost you thousands and lots of stress.

Avoid at all costs, false advertising, lying employees as they know the joke of an operation they run and will lie to your face to give you a sense of false security. Cost me 2k in additional travel expenses due to their inability to actually help/escalate the situation - supervisors were contacted, contacted multiple customer service reps, all lied and assured it would be delivered within the 48 hour time frame. Only to find out the test was never done and they refunded my wccount without me requesting it.
