3 times calling in , each an hour wait with the magic "2 callers in que" ahead of you. All this to have a 30 second conversation to make an appointment... Perhaps it is better moving on...stick it.

My wife has been on hold for over 4 HOURS with one caller in front of them the whole time. Idk what's going on at this place, but they're harming patients that need medical help by doing this.

I have had a terrible time trying to call in to this office ever since I switched doctors. The first office as soon as you come in. Everytime I have tried calling in I'm ALWAYS waiting at least 40 minutes with (number of caller ahead of me) and when it finally starts to ring I've been put on hold once again. Last time I called, this happened. I finally go through and just said I wanted to make an appointment. I was again put on hold only to be told there was 11 callers ahead of Me! I found this very rude and extremly unfair. After waiting yet another 30 minutes I hung up! Of you call this office and choose #5 don't waste your time!!! You would have a better chance speeding things up by going to the office yourself!!! Not impressed at all!!

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star . they have horrible service . either on hold for HOURS at a time or now it doesnt even ring at all . did this practice close ???????

If you want to make an appointment, set aside at least an hour. It is ridiculous.

I been waiting on hold for 57 min and when I first called I was # 7 caller it’s by far the worst service I ever seen in my life I wonder why doctors leave this province because no one booking appointments for them . Great doctors but bad staff

I would honestly leave this practise if I didn’t like my doctor so much.maybe someone should talk to the receptionist on how to answer and check the phones.I have been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to make an appointment after my phone appointment.there was only 3 callers ahead so I don’t understand the long wait.I would book online but it doesn’t show any in office appointment.

I know theres a long wait time to get through its very inconvenient sometimes absolutely..but try booking your appointment online always remember there is probably only 2 receptionists with hundreds of people trying to call and everytime I am there I watch the receptionists and god love them they are run off their feet..I love this clinic my Dr and the staff..its very rare these days to even be around friendly people...

Very poor management, no one answered the phone- if you get lucky they will tell you no appointments available. it’s a shame we pay our taxes and we get treated like this. Very sad to see this happening to a citizens.
