I started coming here a few years ago when I broke my foot and loved them so much I keep coming back. The staff is very caring and highly knowledgeable. I absolutely love love love Vero's dry needling for the pesky knots in my shoulder. They also have free coffee!

My massage therapist was Justin Gaudet and it was awesome. I highly recommend him. I was so stressed going in but after I left I felt so relaxed and nice. I have been to 10-20 massage therapist and I got to say he is one of the best. Thank you Justin. Can’t wait to go back for another 90 minute massage.

It’s definitely overpriced for the treatment you receive. Licensed staffs are friendly and professional, front desks are also efficient and friendly as well, and I really like the atmosphere of the place. But, if you are a student and have a insurance with your University/college, you will end up paying so much money unnecessarily. I just found out my friend spends $20-30 less per appointment receiving the same treatment somewhere else. Also, I received a massage therapy here and only received massage for about 50 minutes even though I paid for an hour session. I checked in around 1:58 and it took at least 5-7 min to actually start receiving the massage from there but the session ended at 2:55 so I’m assuming it’s more like check-in to check-out is an hour, and not the massage session itself.

I have seen Dr.Alexsander Webster a few times, I was surprisingly impressed with him especially with the neck adjustment,very kind and approachable doctor and also great clinic.

I've seen: - Jessica Crook for a strained pec - Justin Gaudet for a deep tissue massage related to the pec injury - Matthew Ward for a knee problem Everybody here has been professional, friendly, and, most importantly, very knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. I would absolutely recommend this place for physio, and I can't say that about every physio clinic I've been to before!

The clinic is very professional and pleasant to visit. My physiotherapist Daniela Rubinger made a thorough assessment of my situation and quickly arrived at a treatment plan. I felt respected as a patient and confident in her judgement.

All the staff that I met were super friendly and understanding and I had Leigh help me get my arm better in just a couple weeks :) I'm a pretty awkward person but they I felt very comfortable in there

I began seeing Julia for a chronic shoulder injury here a few months ago, and I'm happy to say that it's finally recovered thanks to her dedication to identifying the root cause of the injury, and trying everything possible until she figured out the best course of treatment. I also really appreciated David's dry needling in conjunction with the regular physio with Julia, and it honestly made a world of difference in my pain levels and recovery time. So happy that I can finally get back to regular activities! I can't recommend this place enough.

I have experienced nothing but professionalism at Citadel Physiotherapy and Arthitis & Injury Care Centre. All staff members are kind, friendly, and excellent at what they do. I always feel welcomed and valued when I go in for physiotherapy. In particular, David and Leigh (both physiotherapists) are wonderful. They are thorough, and incorporate lots of different treatments and exercises into each appointment. I would highly recommend Citadel and Arthritis and Injury Care to anybody in need!

Overpriced for the service they provide, the physio sessions personally did not work for me. I hope they provide better deals for students. They charge a lot of money for the assessments and do not even provide the treatment on the day. I really hope they can provide a better customer service!

I see Leigh at the Dresden Row location and she is fantastic! She is very friendly, competent and knowledgeable and I feel completely at ease in her care. If you’re in need of any dry-needling procedures, Leigh is the best! Imogen at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful as well. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Cannot say enough how impressed I am with Citadel Physiotherapy Clinic. Reception is always so lovely, very helpful and kind! The physiotherapist, Leigh, is very knowledgeable, caring and gentle. Justin is an RMT and sessions with him are welcoming, relaxing and improving my pain levels tremendously! Very professional atmosphere and approach to care. Would recommend to anyone.
