Worst experience of my life. The women doing my eyebrows was extremely rude and handled my face so rough. Her name was Anita. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. She aggressively moved my hands and placed them on my face to hold my eye brows in place while she threaded them and she was so aggressive and would get mad if I even slightly moved. Although my eyebrows looked good it is not worth it from the way you get treated.

I booked my appointment today for threading and I was only 3-4 minutes late. First when I went the doors were shut and the lady did not even open the door for me even when I had an appointment. The lady in charge named Anita was very rude to me and did not take me in. She said very rudely that too wearing her AirPods that it’s my lunch break , you can come back in half an hour. She was not ready to listen to anything and just went in her break room. Really short staffed and poor customer service, never coming back again.

I went to get my chin and upper lip thread, and the worker there was in a very bad mood and was rude to me when I was speaking to her. I went to go sit on the chair in the corner and she rudely told me to get up and sit on the middle chair. Once I sat other customers came and she was speaking to them in a very ill manner. And then she was very aggressive when she was threading me and told me to stop moving my tongue. I told her it hurt me, then she threw away the thread and told me to get out because I’m mad. It was a very bad experience and they have very very very bad customer service. The customers after us also refused to go with the lady because of her manners. I don’t recommend coming here, and you should just go to another place.

I had a lash lift and tint a few weeks ago - best one I've ever had! I have super straight eyelashes and this treatment opened my eyes spectacularly! Juhi was wonderful - go see her! This lady knows what she's doing :)

Nboking online was simple and quick. I love this place! I get all my waxing done here. Juhi Kapoor is the best! An expert, efficient, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend her.

I debated if I should post or not. First time I went was a wonderful expierence with someone named Mittal. She guided me from waxing to try threading. It was painless. Looked great and lasted a long time. I went back this past week, there was only 1 person working. I can only describe her as a very short lady. As I sat in the chair I realized how dirty everything was. There were dirty cotton balls on the counter, the mascara brushes looked dirty. When I was attended to, the lady had strings of thread on her neck, she looked sweaty. Also she reached for the dirty mascara brush to comb out my brows. I was done, I said to her that I didn't want something dirty used on me. Why didn't I get up and leave? I don't know. She then didn't use one at all. I was instructed where to place my hands. It hurt so bad. I was butchered by this lady. No creams put on. Nothing. Will never go back. My dog could have done a better job.

Went there today and one lady was working there clearly short staffed. I showed up near closing time and booked me in. she threaded my brows fast but aggressively. She made me hold my own brows which is fine but huffed when I placed them incorrectly. Didn’t talk except to give me directions nor smiled once. However, brows turned out lovely. But low staff does not condone poor customer service.

I don’t like to go there just because of this one girl . The way she talks and treats you . I haven’t been there for so long just hoping that she might have changed or left . I was there today this morning. I don’t like to go there . Not coming here again. Doesn’t do clean up doesn’t even offer anything to apply on !!

Sakshi is the best! I go regularly and she is always fast and gets the job done. She does an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and advises me on what’s always best for me and my skin!

I have gone for threading service there, the girl who did my service name is sakshi. She did awsome job and was very polite. I am surely going every month to get my brows done to sakshi. Thanks sakshi, you doing great work

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m really satisfied with the eyebrow threading with Sakshi. She’s very precise and makes sure you leave happy. She ensures my eyebrows are perfect and what I want. Every step of the way she tells me what she’s about to do and always does an amazing job. Thank you Sakshi!

The staff is very kind and hardworking, the customer service is very good. I was there on Friday, the store was very busy and there was only one lady handling many customers at the same time( i got to know later on that they are short staffed). I really appreciate she squeezed me in. The service it self was really good. I got my eyebrows threaded and it was painless and beautiful. I forgot to take the name of the lady as it was so busy but i hope you see her again.

Service service service. Here, you get welcomed and the staff a great over the phone. Cece is hands down my fave and I no longer go to anyone else. No cell phone answering while she is doing my eyebrows. She looks at my face shape, she asks what I like. She also recommends alternatives to expensive procedures. I love getting my brows done here!

I wish I could give 0 stars . The worst eye brow waxing ever in my life. The lady who did my eyebrows was very rough and gave me deep cuts and bruises just above my eyes. She literally ripped my skin apart , never going back again and writing this review just to beware future clients please consider reading this.

I went to Kurves in the MicMac and had a wonderful experience. I booked again, this time at the Halifax Shopping Centre, and could not have been treated worse. The lady doing them did not say more than two words to me the entire time, was extremely rough, and did a horrible job at an eyebrow wax. I hope possibly future clients are smarter than I and read these reviews because apparently I am not the first.

Hard to use app. Best to call ahead and book. I go for lash tints, about 5.00 more than elsewhere but good service and kind people. Cash only tips makes tipping difficult. Always a good job or they will do it again. Great customer service I highly recommend. They get busy fast and take walk in, So best to book ahead.

This was my first visit. Cece was wonderful...knowledgeable, helpful and very sweet. My brows look fabulous after a shaping and henna tint. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Thanks Cece...you're the best!

Overall experience was great! Today I had to adjust my appointment time and there was no issue with doing so. I’ve been a client with kurves for a year now and I’ve always been so happy when I walk out ! I come in for an eyebrow tint and dye, and I suggest fateema! Got mine eyebrows done today and couldn’t be happier!

I walked right in and was able to have a lash lift and tint appointment immediately. Cece was so great! She ran through everything with me and made me feel so comfortable. She's a pro! Love my Lashes!

I was there around 5pm today and the lady encharge was so rude. She’s not busy, no costumer but still she want me to book for an appoinent. I come back to check if she’s telling the truth that someone has booked in but no one show up. It seems like she dnt want to do the job. And this is my 2nd time experience wd this lady. Very2x bad employee and not good for this business
