Fort Needham Park Playground

Playground

👍👍 Great playground for kids. The equipment is unique and almost has an old Flintstones vibe to it. Well maintained and gives kids a variety of things to do while in the park. Hilariously, there is even a very large tic tac toe game. I guess at a young age, kids won’t know you can never win that game.... People often mention playground,

Great playground for kids. The equipment is unique and almost has an old Flintstones vibe to it. Well maintained and gives kids a variety of things to do while in the park. Hilariously, there is even a very large tic tac toe game. I guess at a young age, kids won’t know you can never win that game. Lots of things to climb on an in, including balanced and hollow logs.

What a special beautiful spot. Lots for our 2.5 year olds to do, and lots for them to grow into. Lots of grassy and shaded space, far away from roads, beautiful gardens. Pretty special! 2 baby swings, 2 big kid swings and then a bunch of random climbing options.

It's a lovely playground. One of the very few ones where parent and child can play together on the different kind of structures around. We had a great time here. The view is beautiful. Location is not too convenient but worth the hilly climb.

Hidden gem in the city. Lovely playground, lots of seating, pretty flower gardens and wooded paths, and a new bathroom. Paved paths are good for wheels.

A short playground for the children. There are a few things which will keep children busy playing with them and does not require much attention. Good place for people living nearby. Not a place to go and plan for.

Lots for all ages, far enough off the street to feel safe, not so far that you have a long walk. 10 min walk from the nearest tim hortons. ;)

There is some non standard play structures and a clear washroom. There is very limited parking but you can park on the street.

This was newly renovated a few years ago. Nice play area, new restrooms, places for adults to sit. Very limited parking.

Great playground for a variety of ages. Different structures than typical playgrounds in a good way. Lots of wood structures to climb and jump off. Nice public washroom as well which is a plus

Beautiful soccer field and wooden playground. Very nice gender-neutral bathrooms. Clean and modern, and has water fountains to fill reusable bottles. There's even a pet water fountain outside 🙂

Park was clean and kept. The washrooms were clean, though some doors were not operational. Othe park visitors were pleasant. Our 1-year old and 6-year old had fun.
