Had an incredible experience! The surgeon was better then the best as was the staff!!! Would recommend to a million people over and over! Went in with -3.5 and a -5.5 or 6 astigmatism and came out a full line better then 20/20 in each eye individually and exceptionally better than that with both eyes together!!! Do yourself a favour and go get it done!!

I’d thought about the surgery for a few years, but the fear of the actual surgery prevented me from making any actual inquiries. It was during the COVID pandemic that my frustrations with wearing a mask = constant foggy glasses made me book a consultation. The surgery itself was over in minutes, totally pain free, and the recovery was quick. TLC Laser Center is very hands on with recovery and follow ups post surgery. My experience though is that you absolutely need someone to be with you the first day, to sort out your eyedrops. With the type of laser surgery I had, I was not able to see post surgery (blurry & very sensitive to light) so trying to read the small labels of all the eye drops/ directions/schedule was impossible. Make sure you have someone on standby at least that first day. I’m now 1 year post surgery with 20/20 vision. This was the best investment I made in myself. %100 recommend TLC Laser Eye Center!!

I had my eye surgery one year ago and it was a great experience. Clinic is clean, quiet and staff are very efficient. I’ve had no issues with my eyes healing and having clear vision and not wearing glasses anymore has changed my life. If you’re thinking about laser eye surgery, do it.

There was absolutely no pain with this procedure. I was very impressed that the doctors, for the first 2 scheduled surgeries, called it off and told me to come back in a month due to my eyes being to dry pre surgery, which would effect healing. Yes it was annoying, but I was very glad to see they truly had my best interests in mind, rather then just taking my money. Not 5 stars because I thought they could have done a better job explaining jusr how intense of a desire I would have to rub my eyes post surgery, specifically in situations where my instincts override my brain, like when I just wake up. Immediate rubbing before I even know what I'm doing. I wish they had prepared me for situations like that. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back. Laser eye is life changing, and my eyes weren't even that bad.

Simple, clear, pleasant and straightforward. Less stressful than going to the dentist. If you are of certain vintage be prepared to use reading glasses.

I was in the office three times and my height and weight was never asked, in surgery day after waiting three hours I was asked to come back at end of day because of my size. Other than that everything was great and I’m in a new world with my vision!

The staff was fantastic, helpful and informative. I still can’t believe how easy and fast the procedure and recovery was. Only 24 hours after the surgery I can see just as well as I could have with glasses, if not better. I would recommend Lasik to anyone considering that option. Couldn’t be happier with my results !!!! From the minute I walked through the doors to get my appointment started, to the moment I walked out the doors after the procedure, the staff were kind, friendly and did what they could to reassure and talk me through any parts I may have been nervous or stressed for. Dr. Poirier’s professionalism put me at ease before, during and after the procedure, and she made sure I was as comfortable as I could be during so. I cannot recommend this experience through TLC enough.

I wish I had done this sooner! This was a seamless process, not rushed or stressful at all. And the results are amazing! I wore contacts and glasses for 30 years, so to wake up the morning after surgery able to see without first feeling around in the dark for my glasses, or stumbling to the bathroom for my contacts has been life changing. Everyone I encountered at TLC was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was very nervous but the staff were so comforting. The facility was extremely clean. During the surgery, I was walked through every step and was told what was happening next (my preference to know what was going on). The surgical assistant Michelle gave me two stress balls, sat beside me during the procedure, rubbed my arm, and held my hand. I felt very cared for. I would highly recommend TLC to anyone. Especially LASIK, after all the consult was free! 😀 Thank you TLC for making my experience better than I could’ve asked for.
