Went here last night and had a pretty decent time. My friend Antonio Zvada, really enjoyed being able to use one of your complimentary blankets/towels. I know it was a little weird that he asked for one despite being seated inside but it brought him a lot of comfort and sparked many previous memories. To the Bitter End!

Me and my fiancé went there for drinks this evening. The staff were excellent and the prices for cocktails and martinis were really good prices especially during happy hour. It’s a very clean and secure place. Not stupid loud and filled with frat boys like most bars downtown. Definitely would recommend for drinks as the prices like I said are great. We didn’t try any food but the prices on the menu are really good. Definitely would recommend!!!

Visited during Burger Bash and all you could order were the two burgers with fries/salad available. The two patty beef burger was delicious with just the right amount of spice on the patties. The habanero chicken burger had such a spicy habanero kick. Both burgers came on a challah bun which was soft and mixed in a bit of sweetness against the savoury/spicy filling. Drink specials are available from 4-8 every day.

My new favorite martini bar. It is low, high-end for people who want good martini and don't want to do fancy .If you love martini and you haven't visit this place ! You are missing out. They have other drinks as well.

The Bitter End isn't exactly up my ally, which is fine. One thing that stood out to me during my late night visit was how friendly and well trained our server was. She was great! I wish I had gotten her name to thank her. We didn't eat. However, the food that passed our booth looked well prepared and with large portions. DJ wasn't very good.

We arrived at bitter end while bar hopping. We were served by saffron who was an amazing server. The experience was nice. Did not try any food but will have to go back to try

It has been years since we visited Bitter End, so we went in for drinks while waiting to go to the theatre. Service was good, but our server must have been new, because she did not know much about the menu and had to go check on a number of items. I recall this place as being an elegant place to eat, but it is looking a bit run down now. However, we enjoyed our visit and the location is excellent.

Large assortment of drinks and have quite unique martinis! They were really quick with the service even though understaffed that day.

It took me some time if I should rate this place so here goes my group's experience: If you are looking for a "Karen service" bar and want to wait ridiculously long to be served your drinks, then look no further! Tuesday, August 29, 2023: Six friends and I walked in around 11:00 PM to continue an enjoyable evening. The hostess/waitress sat our group within a couple of minutes of entering the establishment and said she would return to take our drink orders momentarily (kitchen closes at 10:30 PM). As we continued to wait, we began to notice that the waitress was taking much longer than expected. We watched her walk from the bar to a table outside; back to the bar and to a different table inside and so forth. We began to time her. From the time we timed her, it was close to 11:30 PM by the time she returned to us. Everyone ordered a single drink and I ordered a glass of water. I watched her punch in our orders and continued to wait on other tables (approximately 7 tables total). I watched the bartender pour what appeared to be our drink order and left to use the restroom. When I returned, our table did not have any drinks. Fifteen minutes passed and one of my friends and I discussed what to do as the rest of the group had begun to get loud regarding the terrible service. We decided to give the server and bartender an additional 10 minutes before one of us would get up to find out what was taking so long. The server passed by and waving her down, we inquired about our drinks. Her response was they should be ready shortly. Another 15 minutes passes and my friend walks right up to the bartender and within 5 minutes, everyone other than I had our drinks (just past midnight). The server said she would be right back with my glass of water. I waited an additional 10 minutes and watched her wait 4 other tables and she still did not serve me a glass of water. There was plenty of room for my glass of water on her tray. I walked right up to the bartender to get myself water and the bartender was not impressed; she rolled her eyes, and was completely unprofessional towards someone who is the DD (designated driver). After the alcoholic drinks were finished, we paid the bill and left to find a much better bar. And we did! If you want great service in a fabulous atmosphere with pumping music, I highly recommend Durty Nelly's Irish Pub.

Open later than other locations nearby, which is the reason we stopped in. I'm very glad we did! The stuffed chicken was delightful and sweet - the waiter's recommendation. Tasty salad as well!

The service so bad it was genuinely the most entertaining activity of the night. Martini tasted of seawater. Took about 90 minutes from requesting of bill to being able to pay due to the billed items being put on the wrong tabs. Updated March 2023: Burger Bash 2023, their burger, The Pestolicious Chicken Burger, may very well be the most unpalatable chicken burger that has ever been concocted. The chicken, while a fairly decent sized slab of meat, if completely flavourless as is the absolutely massive bun the burger is engulfed by. The entire flavour force here coming purely from the pesto (They somehow found a way to make sun-dried tomatoes absolutely flavourless). The fries are the standard Cisco™ frozen straight cut fries. No positives, no negatives. Just that standard fry one can get at any restaurant that does not feel it necessary to freshly cut their own french fries. This sentiment was felt by the other three people at the table who all ordered the same burger and sides. And, just as the previous visit, it took 45min from the letting of the waitress know that we are finished to the bill being delivered, with, seemingly, the only action that caused the bills to be provided was one party of the table standing up and putting on their jacket in order to go outside for some fresh air.

Went for dinner tonight and probably won’t be back. I used to enjoy going here but it seems that it’s gone downhill recently. The food was just okay, the drinks tasted like soap. Also, I almost broke a nail trying to close the bathroom stall because I had to literally lift the door.

A great selection of Martini's and at good prices. Happy hour is between 4-7 everyday so a good place for pre-drinks before heading out for dinner.

Great martini's!! Great staff and very helpful choosing the perfect drink for you! The first time I was there and had a great time!!

Music's EQ was horrendous, could only hear the acoustic guitar blasting, couldnt hear my friends or the singer. Furthermore, the food was disappointingly average. The vibe is very nice, however, and I loved the decor

Food was good. Service on the other hand was awful. We went around 7-8pm on a week-night and the place seemed mostly empty aside from a few tables. It took 10-15 minutes to be served, and didn't even bother to bring us menus. Servers were slow and somewhat rude taking orders. They were not wearing masks and kept getting up close to our table. Once finished with our food we waited another 10-15 minutes until we got up and asked someone to bring our bill. Prices were fair, however there were upcharges for certain sides that our server did not mention. Overall good food, but awful service. There are dozens of other restaurants and bars within walking distance with equal or better food and MUCH better service. Save yourself a weird experience and keep walking past this one.

Went here yesterday for Martini Monday! All of the drinks we had off of the discount menu were good, cocktails were creative and all nicely priced. The space itself is nice and open with cozy booths and a bar right in the middle of the room, very accessible but easily crowded on a Monday night! The men's bathroom sink only had hot water which was a bit odd. The food was.. Disappointing. I was excited to see they had blooming onions! However, the onion was extremely small for the price, they had left the outer shell on it, and the batter wasn't fully cooked. It was also a bit of a wait for the food and we never ended up getting the desserts we also ordered.

The martini and appy specials were great. Happy hour is by far the best time to go. Loved the Mexican cafe martini, Sour Apple martini, and both the steak appy and topped goat cheese appy.

My server Kayla was the most hospitable I've ever had. She gave me the fuzziest blanket when she saw me shivering and her drink recommendations warmed my heart

This was a fantastic bar to go and relax, listen to some good music and try some of their variety of martinis. Their happy hour is offered every day

There's nowhere else to be dt on a Monday night. The martinis are amazing and the prices are equally amazing for the quality of the drinks and apps. Service is great and friendly. Not a bad thing to say about one of the classiest places in hali.

Great vibes! Always an awesome place to come for drinks especially on Martini Monday! Server was really friendly, food is tasty, ecstatic climate. The reason why I'm not rating it 5 star is because the fans weren't turned on when we asked twice for them to be turned on as it was pretty hot. Will definitely be back though.

🫤 Overall experience was not pleasant. This was recommended by my friend, so we thought to give it a try. Bartenders was fantastic, very professional and helpful all around, however, the waitress on the other side was completely different. Not only she forget to check on our table for about 35 minutes...
