A
group
of
11
of
us
ate
there
just
over
a
week
ago.
One
of
my
friends
ordered
a
5
ounce
glass
of
wine
and
then
an
8
ounce
glass
of
wine,
and
when
her
bill
came,
she
was
charged
for
two
8
ounce
glasses
of
wine.
She
pointed
this
out
to
our
server,
who
basically
told
her
that
she
was
wrong
and
charged
her
for
the
two
8
ounce
glasses
anyway.
Another
friend
ordered
her
meal
with
no
onions,
and
it
arrived
with
onions.
She
could
not
be
bothered
to
say
anything,
so
she
just
ate
it
and
obviously
did
not
enjoy
it.
Another
friend
of
mine
ordered
the
pork
belly
tacos.
She
said
that
what
arrived
was
basically
uncooked
fat,
so
she
had
two
bites
and
left
the
rest.
When
our
second
round
of
drinks
came,
everybody
was
having
to
figure
out
what
belonged
to
who,
because
people
that
ordered
a
5
ounce
wine
were
given
an
8
ounce
wine
and
vice
versa.
One
of
the
girls
ordered
the
same
type
of
wine
twice
but
the
two
glasses
tasted
different.
We
still
don’t
know
if
we
got
the
actual
wine
that
we
ordered.
We
at
least
made
the
amounts
correct.
For
my
food
order,
I
had
asked
if
I
could
just
order
two
of
the
sides
and
was
told
that
I
could.
I
was
not
informed
that
the
prices
would
be
different
than
the
$4
each
listed.
I
was
then
charged
for
a
small
size
of
the
salad
at
$9.
And
I
was
charged
$6
for
sweet
potato
fries
when
I
would
think
that
I
would
at
least
pay
the
$4
charge
for
it
as
a
side
to
my
salad?
I
am
not
sure
why
the
price
for
those
increased
to
$6?
I
will
say
that
the
fries
and
salad
were
tasty
for
me
at
least.
When
our
bills
came,
mine
was
incorrect
(for
the
drinks,
I
did
not
mention
the
food
prices)
as
well
as
my
friend
to
the
right
of
me.
We
both
asked
for
them
to
be
corrected,
which
she
did.
But
then
they
came
back
incorrect
again,
with
my
friend
to
the
right
of
me
basically
paying
a
few
extra
dollars
for
my
wine.
Our
server
asked
us
if
we
wanted
the
bills
redone
again,
instead
of
just
apologizing
and
going
back
to
make
it
correct.
At
that
point
we
were
just
annoyed
and
we
felt
bad
to
send
her
back,
so
we
said
not
to
worry
about
it
and
just
left
it
as
is.
Then,
to
top
it
all
off,
she
announces
to
our
group
that
any
group
larger
than
10
people
automatically
has
to
pay
an
18%
tip.
There
is
nothing
listed
on
your
website
about
this,
and
the
person
that
made
the
reservation
was
not
told
about
this.
So
I
actually
question
if
this
is
even
true.
I
don’t
understand
why
somebody
can
give
less
than
good
service,
but
then
also
be
rewarded
with
an
18%
tip
from
every
person.
I
can
tell
you
that
I
certainly
would
not
have
given
her
an
18%
tip
based
on
the
service
that
was
provided.
Overall,
I
can
say
that
I
will
not
be
going
back,
as
there
are
many
other
restaurants
around
Halifax
that
provide
great
service
for
large
groups,
and
do
not
insist
on
a
certain
percentage
of
tip
for
poor
service.
